During his adventure, Link will come across several Pieces of
Heart. By collecting four of these, he can add another Heart
Container to his life meter. Below are the locations of the
Pieces of Heart scattered throughout the land of Holodrum, and the
solutions to obtaining them.
 Once you have the Ember Seeds from the Gnarled Root dungeon,
return to Horon Village and burn away the bush.
When you have the Power Bracelet, head for the Woods of
Winter. Pull up the stone by the pond to collect the heart
piece.
When you visit the Subrosian Market, be sure to spend 20
ore pieces and 10 Ember Seeds for a Piece of Heart.
No refunds though.
Maple the Witch will sometimes carry a Piece of Heart
with her. Be sure to run into her!
Near the Windmill, call upon the snowy season to create
a bridge. From the stump east of the Windmill, go north
and cross the icy path. A Piece of Heart hides inside the cavern.
When summer comes around, drop into Eyeglass Lake and head
for the barren region. Lift the rock and drop into the grotto
for a Piece of Heart.
Head for the Great Moblin's fortress west of Sunken City.
When you go inside, fight him by throwing the bombs back
at him. Destroying his castle will earn you his Piece of Heart.
Visit Spool Swamp during the spring and navigate the currents
to grab on to a Piece of Heart.
When you reach the Dancing Dragon Dungeon, stand on the
stump to summon spring. Then drop down and jump into the
Trampoline Flower to reach the Piece of Heart.
When you get the Roc's Cape, change the season to fall and
return to the Graveyard. You can use the Roc's Cape to get
up the cliff without the vines, so don't worry. Grab the
mushrooms by the entrance to the Explorer's Crypt and follow
the path to a secret Piece of Heart.
After you've completed the Sword and Shield Maze in Subrosia,
head for the Northern Peaks by Onox's Castle. Bomb a section
go the wall to rescue a Piece of Heart.
