Apparently, today is the day we celebrate love. Well, in that case, I’ll declare my undying love for Nintendo, as their latest Nintendo Direct had me hyped within the first minute when unveiling a new challenger for the upcoming Super Smash Bros. 4. Punch-Out!! star, Little Mac, joins the brawl with a flurry of devastating punches. That’s right, they didn’t trap him in an Assist Trophy this time!

As always, Masahiro Sakurai uploaded a “pic of the day” (above) on Miiverse, featuring the short but deadly boxer. Read on for additional screenshots and Mac’s official trailer, wherein he’s giving his brutal one-two to many of the other poor members of the Smash roster.
