Apparently, GameStop is accepting pre-orders for The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, and has even set a price and release date for the latest Zelda title.
The price stated on the site is $34.99, and the shipping date is stated as December 1, 2009. However, both values could well be an estimate and not an actual release date confirmation.

The price is about right. The date on the other hand, seems off. This game would be released more likely at the end of November on a Sunday. My guess is November 29. Nintendo has been doing a lot of releases on Sunday instead of Tuesday here in the US. But this is only my speculation.
I will wait until it comes up on Amazon before I attempt to pre-order it.
