Cracked recently posted a list of 6 Pop Culture Mysteries That Were Solved by Fans, and coming in at number four is Zelda Universe forum member Sarinilli having cracked Skyward Sword’s alphabet and turned it into a font.
For those unfamiliar with the story, fans ran into a snag and were unable to break the code. And then Hyrule Historia made the prospect seem even more daunting with its cryptic passage about this version of the Hyrule language: “Since they’re so ancient, they can not be deciphered.”
However Sarinilli discovered the answer was right in front of our faces: a sign in the Lanayru Province is simply the alphabet A-Z formatted slightly strangely to put off obvious detection.
Fans have since translated instances of this newest Hylian to read signs and such around the land, only to find out that they read as: “You can read this” and other such obvious statements.
So congrats to Sarinilli for being mentioned on Cracked, and thanks again for cracking that alphabet for us!

Tingle’s Rosy Rupeeland was released only in Japan and Europe, never making it to the USA due to lackluster sales. Surprisingly, the game was well-received among those who did play and review the game. You play as Tingle, a 35-year-old (and single) man lost in the world. Guided by the mysterious figure Uncle Rupee, Tingle fills a mystical spring with money and gain access to the wonderful Rupeeland, a paradise where nobody has to work. Along the way, hire body guards to protect Tingle – but from what? All may not be as it seems in Tingle’s quest for monetary gain, and Rupeeland just might not be so rosy after all...

Actually, it wasn't. I was keeping track of their work there as I worked on it myself. They were just as stumped by a couple characters as everyone else. Check your facts before posting rude and inaccurate commentary, thanks. :3

So, we fans of Zelda, and Nintendo, took all the time to translate Hilyan, and all it says is "You can read this", Wow.
Given that the signs all use the same text, it makes sense that they just say something like "read me" or whatever. Its the same for every game. There's plenty of text in the game that ISN'T gibberish, but its still just simple words, just like it was with Twilight Princess as its based on English, and obviously Zelda games are made in Japan by Japanese people.
They need to go back to using Japanese based Hylian to have more interesting Hylian to translate, but even then the text has always been fairly simple stuff. TWW had the most interesting Hylian, by far.
