Here is A Link Between Worlds’ eShop file size

If you’re planning on downloading A Link Between Worlds onto your 3DS, make sure you have plenty of room on your SD card! This game takes up 5482 blocks of memory, the equivalent of 685 MB. So if you just downloaded the newest Pokemon installments, you’ll probably want to pick up an extra SD card. Every Nintendo 3DS comes with a 2 GB SD card, while 3DS XL and 2DS systems include a 4 GB SD card.
