I've not posted here before, but thought I'd chip in to mention: No other site I've ever visited has apologised for its downtime in such a fashion. I wasn't overly concerned by the site being down, figuring it'd be back up soonish, but am still very impressed that you actually took the time to record a video to let users know what had been going on. Respect++;
Anyways, I'd say this video is more than enough to make up for something that wasn't even your fault.
Of course none of this necessarily applies to me…but whatever >.<
This is Guest 2, but I have the same comment as Guest 1. You really didn't have to post a 3 min video to apologize for downtime. That means a lot. Keep up the great work. This really is one of (if not the) best zelda site on the net!
I might have missed a few new if it wasn't because I have you guys on face book. The way I see it, you do not have to apologize for some hick ups on a huge favor you are already doing to all Zelda fans. On the other hand we should be thanking you, and I offer my help if you need anything to help you with the sites.
I think it is amazing that you took the time to make a video apology for the craziness that has happened recently, but like many others have said the problems weren't really your fault. And thank you for working so hard and quickly to resolve the issues and get the site running again without any data lost.
Keep up the excellent work!
