Ok, so I, brokenjoker (no one remembers who I am, I bet) am currently living in Toronto (originally from Nova Scotia), and I WANT A TORONTO MEET UP.

I know some of you live in Toronto, and maybe I saw your faces before. Maybe I came to your house and talked to your parents (I sell books door to door here, for a scholarship). So yeah.

All in favour, talk to me!

I know there is a poll about Toronto, but I mean.. anyone is welcome, but this is basically aimed at ZUers that LIVE in Toronto.

I don't know. Do you really think there are enough Torontonian ZUers out there to justify a meet up? *Only knows of sea, myself, Marthlz, and now you, of course, sea would never want to be involved, and Marthlz is inactive*

Instead, how about a Southern/Ontario meet up IN Toronto? *Shrugs*

Well, I mean.. I up for meeting just one person. xD I'm better with just the one, instead of a whole big group. But yeah... overall, I'm good for anything.

Basically anyone in Ontario is more than welcomed.

I live in Toronto, and I think gdwarf does too. If there's enough interest, I might be persuaded to attend.

You can get from Toronto to Montreal for $10.

All other trips around here are probably more expensive though =\

I'm not in Toronto, right now I'm in Waterloo, with no transportation further north, I'm afraid. :/.

Still, if we get some plans laid I can see what I can do to make it to such a meetup, it'd probably be fun.

I'm in Kingston for school, but I'm originally from Hamilton which isn't that far. I'd definitely be up for meeting up in Toronto.

...and what are these $10 bus rides from Toronto to Montreal you speak of?! :000

Naw, I'm rather fond of that city. I think it's so much more interesting than Kingston. I kind of miss it... *sighs*

Go or Greyhound buses work rather well. I think it wouldn't be more that $25 for a round-trip ticket.

I live in Toronto, but am currently in Guelph because of school. I also wouldn't be able to make any meet-up other than one that was on a holiday, such as the winter break, reading week, easter weekend, or summer. But I would love to have a meet-up, so I am all for this.

Well, I'm only here until around the 17th of December.

But just because I won't be there, doesn't mean it shouldn't happen.

I finish my last exam on the 11th of December, so that could leave all those days between then and the 17th to have it...plus I could probably be in the city for the first week of December, since I have no exams that week and want to go to a concert anyway. But if it is just easier to have it before, don't worry about accommodating just one person.

Well, how far from downtown Toronto do you live? You don't have to give me EXACT details, but.. like Queen St, etc. Would it be much trouble for you to get there? Or anyone else for that matter?

Yeah, I live right in the heart of the city when I'm there, and right on the subway, so I can get to pretty much anywhere within the city core in less than an hour.
