Arm Pain

So all day I have had this intense arm pain in my elbow joints. I have a feeling that this might be due to shots that I have gotten in each arm yesterday. Yesterday, my arms only felt weak, and it wasn't until today that I felt the pain.

I was wondering if any of you had suggestions to help ease the pain or help the healing process?
