I'm not knowledgeable of the medical reasons behind it, but I've read or heard somewhere that lack of sleep can cause an excess of growing pains. When you're sleeping is you're body is able to properly grow. If you don't sleep enough, you body compensates for it when you're awake - which translates into growing pains. Although to be honest, I'm not 100% sure of the validity of this claim. |
I'm not too sure if it really is "growing pains", but it's just something I usually got when I was a kid that seem to never disappear as I age. So I am "assuming" that it could be it, although I'm not entirely sure myself.
Sleeping is not really an issue for me since I do sleep well - sometimes late - but with appropriate hours for my age.

That's true. I'm just not so sure with all of this.

If you're still getting these kinds of aches, I'd simply recommend seeing a doctor, as you're doing, since I'm afraid I don't have any personal experience with this. I did a quick search and found information about a related condition ("restless leg syndrome," which I actually have had), but this doesn't really match your description.

I just looked at restless leg syndrome... It seems interesting, but I don't think that's what I suffering with. Although I could be wrong.
I guess a visit to the doctor is the only thing I can do to confront the problem.
