How to console a friend who's parents "don't want him anymore"?

I have no idea how to relate to him or make him feel better because I have been raised in a loving household.

The other day, he said he got kicked out of the house by his dad, who had apparently been drinking. Now, I don't know what the situation is exactly, but I guess his parents hate him.

If you can't relate to him, just listen. He at least needs someone to be there for him and to hear what he needs to say.

What do you do when somebody walks out of your house with an iPod and an iPod dock? I can't even call the cops cause we were all drinking underage. I know all their facebooks though.

Gather a couple friends, get some aluminum bats, masks, rope and a large empty potato sack.

Step 1: You go and jump the person beat them down a little bit then tie them up and put them in the sack. Oh yeah first get your ipod and dock back first.
Step 2: Find a large dumpster (in a back alley is preferable)
Step 3: Throw the person in the sack in and close the top
Step 4: Spend the next 15 minutes hitting the side of the dumpster as hard as you can with the bats with your bros
Step 5: Take them out of the dumpster and by now their eardrums should be ♥♥♥♥ed beyond belief and leave them on the side of the road.

Hey people. I need some help when it comes to saving money.

I'm not a huge spender, but ever since I've gotten my own bank account and card, I've been buying some stuff occasionally online. Usually CDs and movies. While I do not have any bills or other payments to worry about, I really would like to stop the spending and just start saving and only buying things I absolutely need. Any advice on how to beat my urge to spend?

Well, first off, you shoulda gotten a debit card, so you can control how much you can spend.
Second off, just..lock away your card, hide it. Don't bring it places with you.

It is a debit card. Hiding it would be a good idea but I like to bring it with me in case of an emergency.

Learn self control. All that hiding stuff is stupid and shows you're super weak to temptation.

CDs and movies tempt me very much. If I like the band I want their albums. Same goes with movies. That's really my only vice when it comes to spending. That bad part is I've spend a lot on hard to get albums and movies so.

I just spent $21.00 on a CD that I could've bought for $7 MP3ed.

So, I use to be a big big BIG anime/manga fan in High School. Now it's two years later, and each year I feel like I'm hating it more and more.
At first, I would just only rewatch/read the anime/manga I already liked and not give new ones a chance, but now that I'm older I'm finding all these reasons why my parents made fun of them. I find them cheesy and perverted. I say "ok, cue the bouncing boobs" at the beginning of every anime. And it ALWAYS happens! LOL.
Am I just growing out of watching cartoons? It wouldn't make sense because I still adore Disney movies and the occasional Family Guy..
Or is anime just really stupid? Or perhaps can someone tell me of an anime I should watch to cure my anime-hatred? I have Netflix, so I'm sure I can find some popular ones.

Yes. Yes it is. You're just finally realizing it.

Okay...yea sure. I'm an anime fan too but as I grew up I became to watch a very short number of anime. The main ones I look at now are ones that are old (Digimon, Beyblade, Ruroni Kenshin, Cowboy Bepop etc) and the only new ones I watch now are Fooly Cooly, FMA: Brotherhood, and BLEACH (But their constant filler-arcs should be damned).

But I'd say not really being stupid, but more of being cliched and yes the humongous, bouncy, boobs are to blame. Yea, I'm a guy and I LOVE boobs as much as the next guy, but when you make them incredibly big and use animation to make them exceedingly bouncy every-time the damn person moves is just...not sexy at all. Its just excessive and overly-exaggerated. But then again, Japanese animators seem to be known for that. When it comes to things like boobs...they just seem to like to animate a lot and exaggerate them ridiculously.

I know. It's funny how it used to never bother me. Now, it makes me feel like I'm watching a man's fantasy on TV and they have absolutely no plot anymore. Til like, the very end, where they just mash everything together.
