2005-06 Awards Results (finally)

I'm really really REALLY sorry it took so long for me to get these up... i have not been motivated like i have in the past this time around, if you haven't noticed... i just needed a swift kick in the ass to do them... and probably planting them smack dab in the middle of xmas didn't help either... i would like to thank those few people who kept bugging me on AIM to finish these...

congrats to everyone and to all a good night! allllmost made it for best artist, well hell, there's always the summer awards.

Holy... Wow, I didn't expect to win two.. Actually I must of counted wrong, because I thought me and Gecko tied... o_O;;
Anywho. Well done to everyone else and teh nominations. There will be more competition next year. Yay!

Woot. Won most Zelda Obsessed and Most Knowledge of Zelda for the fifth times each.

And my second time winning best theorist is nice too... although I haven't done any theorizing in about a year and a half, so I'm a bit mystified.

And many thanks to the clearly delusional people who voted for me for Funniest Person. I was a little surprised that I won the award, since I tone down the humor a bit outside of the Top 50 Lists. And then there's that newbie factor, of course. Maybe, to celebrate, I'll get a new Top 50 done by this weekend...

Wow, second for most Zelda obsessed. Didn't really expect such a landslide victory. Anyways, nobody's as obsessed with Zelda as I am. I mean, come on, lord-of-shadow may be one of the best article writer and theorist, but come on! Does that really mean he's obsessed? It just means that he's on a sane level of worship. I, on the other hand, am not. Wait, huh? Oh, that's right, I'm not sane. Anywho, congrats to all who won, and better luck next time to all who didn't win. Remember, there's always next year! Except next year there won't be as much competition. *shoots evil glance at lord-of-shadow* Oops, sorry, that was supposed to be in a thought bubble.

Yeah. Just to echo some congratulations to all those who won. But as for me, I think its just a simple honor to be nominated. I'm awed and flattered that any people came up to do that. But enough about me.

Ah, yes - nominated in two (or was it three?) categories, and nothing when the awards were announced. My faith in ZU's world order has been restored.

Winning Best Rivalry would be more exciting to me if I weren't completely shocked about that three-way tie for Best Fighter. A three-way tie? That's unprecedented! It's even more strange because there were only three of us in that category to begin with... Wiggy.
