Ganon's Death

In TP, How did Ganon really die. So could say that it was the master swords being stabbed in his stomach, which wouldn't explain how me died standing. Or some say it was Zant, that be probably caused Ganon's neck to crack. Ho did he really die?

It's simple math.

(Ganondorf - ToP) + Master Sword = Death.

Ganondorf was immortal with the ToP, without it, he could die with the Master Sword.

He died from being stabbed in the chest with two different evil-banishing swords, months apart, with no medical attention whatsoever.

Clearly he was suffering from an infection after the sages impaled him. He went all that time without so much as changing his clothes to an outfit without a gaping hole in the middle and the wound clearly never closed right.

I always thought Zant died cause Ganon died first.

He was obviously thinking: 'So long as another sword of evil's bane doesn't go through my chestplate at the exact same angle as the last one, this armour should be fine.'

The execution scar that Ganondorf has in TP apparently cripples his might and makes him far more vulnerable. When he becomes Ganon the scar tears in places and begins bleeding, suggesting that he can't use his power properly. Also, he is vulnerable to the Light Arrows and Master Sword even though he hasn't been stunned beforehand.

Because of this scar and the fact that the Master Sword (with two major Sols in it to boot) was rammed straight through it and left in Ganondorf's chest, the Master Sword apparently exploited the scar and separated Ganondorf from the Triforce of Power, thus killing him.

As for Zant, I always interpreted that scene as Zant announcing the moment of Ganondorf's death in a macabre manner.

That makes sense... what's macabre?

Macabre : "is a quality of certain artistic or literary works, characterized by a grim or ghastly atmosphere."

dont worry, I had to look it up when I first saw the word, which was in this thread lol.

GanonDORF died. We know that as fact. Weather the actual spirit/empathy of GANON died is a mystery as we don't know if Ganondorf was ever fully exposed to the ToP hense raising the question if he actually exists in TP.

Ganondorf and Ganon are the same guy. The beast form is just named Ganon for convenience. Additionally, ALttP and OoT respectively state and imply that Ganon was a nickname before Ganondorf ever transformed.

How do we know that the MS kept the Sols when Link left the TR?
Didn't the TR kinda need them?

If you just stand around dodging attacks in the Puppet Zelda part of the final battle, Midna will eventually speak to Link through the barrier and tell him that the light now in the Master Sword (or words to that effect) should be able to deflect the energy blasts.

I'm having trouble finding the quote, but the MS always had the power to return
magical powers granted by the Triforce to the user.

I am aware that the Master Sword has always been capable of energy tennis. I'm just pointing out that TP seems to indicate that the Sols are what make the energy tennis possible in TP for some reason.

As for finding the quote, just boot up TP and stand around during the Possessed Zelda fight. Don't try energy tennis and Midna will eventually speak up. You might have to be near her though for it to work.
