Hidden Village = old kakariko?

OoT's Kakariko was "opened to the common folk," whereas the Hidden Village is, well, "hidden," and only the descendants of the Sheikah live there. So that right there disqualifies the Hidden Village from being OoT's Kakariko.

Besides that there are really no design or aesthetic similarities - no well, no graveyard, nothing to indicate a connection to OoT's Kakariko besides Impaz's residence there.
