Mystery Girl is the Master Sword

Who f'ing cares if this is too early?

I've come to the conclusion that the mysterious girl in the new concept art painting is the Master Sword.

And I've made such observations in an image.

Awesome man, that's a really nice theory and based on the image it could very well be true. Good Work.

She kind of looks like a Zora as well.

It's certainly possible, but at this stage it wouldn't be a good idea to make many guesses.

We already have a Wii Zelda speculation thread. And for the record, I posted this thread before it was created, so.

That is a very interesting find. Maybe this Zelda will reveal more information about the Master Sword (creator, history, etc.).

I'm hoping so. The MS's origins, and not so much its powers, have always intrigued me...

Not sure if perspective means anything to you, but that's his right hand that doesn't have the sword. The two are facing back-to-back.

Oh, good point there. How I got mixed up there, I do not know.

Well then, he doesn't have a sword in any of his hands, so he's allowing his promiment hand to hold the shield anyhow.

The poster is for a Zelda game which will for Wii.

Didn't miyamoto say it's for wii in the interview?

It's just a picture with a generic Zelda logo.

There is no mention of Wii on it.

We know there are two Zelda games in development. One for Wii, one for DS. If that pic is art for Spirit Tracks I'll eat my toes.

You know, Nintendo have developed two games for the same series for the same kind of handheld before. Oracles comes into mind.

You're just saying that the pic confirmed to be concept art of Zelda Wii isn't Zelda Wii, and that your only basis for that statement is not wanting to be mistaken?

The shape of the cloak is a lot more similar to the hilt in the powered-down master sword in WW. Dunno what exactly that might mean but... seems to be the case...

She isn't the master sword. she looks more like the fairy girl from WW.
Personally i think that she will be a new character in the series.
