Re: Zelda Chronologys [SBD]

Okay, what annoys me is how everyone thinks there is two Ganons and stuff. There is one Ganondorf for each timeline. Why is it so hard to understand?

When Link was sent back in time by Zelda, he disappeared from what we knew as the future and went back to the present. Therefore there was not 2 Links in the young link time line... but just one. Easy enough to understand?

So : The adult timeline shows how everything turned out when Link left the future.
And the young timeline shows how everything turned out when he ended up in his past after we saved the future.

Also the new chronology should look more like this:

............./TWW-PH
OoT
...../MM--TP

If anything, the Zelda games we have now can be looked at as "little tales" that extend from Ocarina of Time and in a way can be seen as the first entry to the series. Now Nintendo should start looking at working on the second entry in the Zelda series and with it they can work on another ten games to extend from the second entry.

Re: Zelda Chronologys [SBD]

I hate for my first post to be like this, but I simply can't help it: this has got to be one of the single most retarded discussions I've ever read. Not because of the subject matter. No, I find continuity discussions fascinating (I'm a Star Wars fan, so it comes with the territory). I'm speaking of the absolute lack of grammatical discipline. It honestly reads like a bunch of 12-year-olds are fighting about which Pokémon is more awesome.

Again, I hate to insult people with my first post, but this is absolutely laughable. I certainly hope this isn't representative of the Zelda fan base.

It's somewhat an inside joke if you've been here for a while. The day these posts were typed on a day called Smallville Boy Day, and were intentionally written this way.

Good sir, do me a favor.
Disregard any and all posts made by me in a thread where [SBD] is in the title. Check my other threads to see how I really debate and theorize

As the 2 people who posted before me said...
This was a joke. They intentionally posted that way, and is by NO means their normal style of theorizing.

Oh. Whoops. Sorry guys. I didn't mean to come across as high and mighty. I just thought this was the actual level of the discussion on this forum. My bad. No hard feelings, 'kay?
