do you think link is reincarnated for most games, my friend says MM, OoT, and TP are all the same link, and minish cap wind waker and ph are all the same, and the oracles and la are the same too. i think hes reincarnated for most games...

er...your friend is wrong. OoT and MM's Link are the same, but TP's is a whole different person. TP takes place possibly 100's of years after OoT, so unless Link can live that long...it's impossible.

The Link from WW and PH are the same as well, but the one from MC is a completely different one.

The Oracles and LA? Not 100% sure, but I do think the one from LA is the same from ALttP, not the Oracles

It's pretty basic knowledge that most of the games don't feature the same link.

I'm convinced that the Oracles and LA are the same Link. Most of the 'dream' enemies are in OoA/OoS. I also think that another game, not sure which, precedes this series.

MM and OoT are confirmed to be the same Link.

WW and PH are confirmed to be the same Link.

Some of the Link's are the same people in some of the games, such as Wind Waker being the same boy in Phantom Hourglass and Ocarina of Time being the same boy in Majora's Mask, but they both aren't the same people.

But Ganondorf did mention something about Link being reincarnated in Wind Waker from OoT... Hmmm...

I'd so OoT/MM are the same, and any games that take place on the child timeline have direct descendants of OoT/MM Link.
WW/PH is a new/reincarnated Link, and any games after them on the adult timeline are direct descendants of WW/PH Link.

Here's what I know from the game's I've played. (Along with the names I've given each Link)

Classic Link was in The Legend of Zelda and The Adventure of Link.

Past Link was in A Link to the Past and Link's Awakening. From what I've heard and seen, it seems likely that he's the Link in Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages as well. He is the ancestor of Classic Link.

Time Link was in Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. He is the "ancient hero" that Past Link was often compared to.

Wind Link was in The Wind Waker (and thus, its direct sequel, Phantom Hourglass). He is the reincarnation of Time Link.

From what I can tell, Four Sword Link (Four Swords, Four Swords Adventures), Minish Link (The Minish Cap), and Twilight Link (Twilight Princess) are all also different Links, but not having played those games, I don't know the actual connections.

I can only assume Four Sword Link, Minish Link, and Wind Link are all part of the same bloodline, though, since they look pretty much exactly alike.

Well, I know basically what happens in Four Swords, and I'm playing Four Swords Adventures now, and the instruction manual and beginning of the game make it obvious it follows after Four Swords.

I agree with you there, and might add that I think in some realities at least, he is the same as the Link you call "Time Link"!!!!

That's true, but the King of Red Lions told Jabun that Wind Waker Link has no connection to the Hero of Time.

And netiquette means "internet etiquette". In other words, to act politely in internet forums. "Shouting" which usually consists of either typing in all caps, or big letters is considered very bad netiquette.

In BS Zelda the one who is kidnapped telepathically contacts the Heroine/Hero, and as such negates any need for that IRRITATING "Calatia" scenario, or anything that even RESEMBLES it, such as having Link settle down in another land and have offspring, which would just be Calatias in different clothing!!!! The BS Zelda Link sprites even LOOK like either OOT Link, and/or ALTTP Link, and the Triforce Tiles patch, which features OOT Link, even has the Hylian Shield in place of the Large Shield, the Master Sword in place of the Magic Sword, the Book of Mudora in the place of the Magic Book, and Triforce symbols on the Gravestones!!!! I think Link IS in BS Zelda, but others would disagree!!!!
