Okay this is my first timeline theory.

I'm having a few problems with this.

1) FSA's connection with ALttP, preventing the game from being first along with FS. tMC is debatable, but I don't support it coming first. Let's not get into that now, instead I want to ask you about this:

2) The merge. Why does the timelines merge, and why at that particular point?

I actually love when this happens don't worry Hombre de Mundo I'll tell him why this is.Alright in OoT the deku sprout tells of a war that happens when link was an infant.In MC prologue it tells of the same war but it says a long time ago unless this is 9 years or less theres no way.

In OoT, there's no mention of any of this. In OoT, they talk about the war that (I think) unified Hyrule, a war between different races (or maybe just hylians, what do I know).

OoT is referring to the wars "before the King unified this nation".
The fierce/prolonged/unifying war...whatever you want to call it.

I'm also curious how/why there is a merge where you put it.
Also, how does the Triforce go from it's state in TP to it's state in aLttP?
And how did Ganon get sealed on the child timeline?

Why is Ganondorf in Ganon form, holding a Trident, and sealed in the Four Sword at the end of FSA, yet in Ganondorf form, not holding a Trident, and free to roam in OoT?
Why would the OoT King trust Ganon[dorf] after what he did during FSA?

EDIT:wait I just read the prologue to minish cap they are very similar and nothing about onslaughts and the hero of men is the king

^ Well the word onsluaght is never mentioned, but basically, Hyrule got attacked by monsters and the Hero of Men is not the king (especially not Gustaf).

They aren't similar at all. The only similarity would be that Hyrule was in danger both times.

I don't look up zelda on youtube but thats beside the point. The real message here is someone lied about my favorite rarely mentioned hero and I thought he was the king silly me Elvis is the king.

Ooooooooo, I never like Merging timelines... they never seem to make sense to me in any shape or form.
I know the position of MC is debateable as the first game, but I stand by OoT coming first. They only reason I hear people placing MC first is because Link gets the trademark Green Hat at the end. I havn't even played MC, but looking at my mates copy, it just sems to be implying that Link is the new Hero after such a long break with no Hero.

Also, the state of the Triforce is not accounted for in various places.
And I tend to count Ganondorf's state in games as cannon, such as when he is Ganondorf the Man or Ganon the Pig Demon.
