OOT is not the imprisoning war in ALTTP, and I think ALTTP happens after TP

I'm suggesting that years later, FSA Ganondorf was trapped in that same seal. I think it's quite possible that OoT-WW Ganondorf managed to escape the seal without destroying just prior to WW, and thus it still remained.

Also, if you take director quotes seriously, Shigeru made it clear that there doesn't have to be a direct progression from OoT to aLttP when he stated in 1998 that the timeline went "OoT-LoZ-AoL-aLttP", and then once again reinforced this in 2004 when he stated that he's always considered aLttP to come sometime after LoZ and be more like the 'real' sequel, with AoL being more of a sidestory.
Some may interpret that to just mean gameplay-wise though.

Even if you say only the seal is required for the Imprisoning War to maintain its integrity as a single event, we still haven't seen Ganon(dorf) sealed in the Sacred Realm along with the entire Triforce. Lex and I have already debated this ad nauseum in the past, but I still think that's a major strike against this.

The Triforce likely returned to the Sacred Realm after Wind Waker when Daphnes wished on it. So, FSA Ganondorf just has to find the SR sometime after FSA.

But see, that's not one event. You say "the seal" is one event. To me, it says "the seal of Ganon(dorf) and the whole Triforce" is one event. And that's not the case when looked at the way you and Lex do.

No part of the IW story specifies how much of the Triforce Ganon has.
No part of ALttP specifies that Ganon was sealed.

As of the most recent release of the game, the GBA release, the taking of the Triforce isn't even a part of the IW prologue anymore. Ganon is never linked to the war story. Others have said that this is meaningless, but new players only have exposure to the GBA material, and so, to them, it is the only canon.
