Universe Warping - Hoax?

Having played through Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, I can definitely say that I found no MENTION of universe warping. I went onto GameFAQS and no walkthrough mentioned it either. Did someone just invent that story to win an argument about splitism?

Universe warping? I've never heard any theories about that.

I imported the European version and thought it was really fun, but no, there was definitely nothing like this. I wouldn't even directly associate it with the main franchise. It was just a fun, non-canon spin-off to me.

Yes, but people were using 'universe-warping' as an explanation for how The Legend of the Fairy could be in TWW.

What is that?

He throws ruppes into a magical pool which cause a great tower to rise. While atop the tower he uses his ballon to fly to a new location. This isn't nesasarily universe warping, but the locations he flys to are outspread and random. I wish Pinecove were here....

Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland is NOT part of the main series. It does not affect the main games at all. Basically, it's irrelevant to all things Zelda.

So is it basically a game?

I have never heard of it.

Meh, sounds like a flop to me.
