The Koroks.

Righty-ho, I've done a little search, and didn't find what I was looking for, but if this a repeated thread and I'm out of line, then slap my wrist and I'll shut up about this.

Ok, we 'accept' that the Rito are an evolved form of the Zora from OoT, aided by Valoo in order to gain true flight capabilities, in response to people asking how they could have evolved so much in such a short period of time. - Of course, there may be some people who contend this, with their own theories of what happened to the Zoras

However, what of the Koroks? We can assume they came from Kokiri, but I've not seen anyone asking how they evolved so much in the 100 year gap. Do we think they were aided by the Deku Tree? What are your thoughts on this?

Damn! So that's my thread gone up in smoke already! So we just assume that they can take on whatever form they choose as and when they want, and... changed it... in WW *Can feel all sense of self-respect draining and the n00b-virus taking over, curls into a ball and cries*

And yeah.. that'd mean in OoT they looked like Hylians in order to help Link accept his place in the forest? Correct?

*Hangs head* My apologies, I decided not to put it in theorizing as I didn't actually have my own theory, which I thought may be a prerequisite for such a forum.

Aah damn after reading that I'm all blustered and stupid-feeling, if this is better off closed then so be it, my apologies. *Cringes*

But thankyou anyway to MercuryMule, and to you gliderpilotgirl, for putting me right, we can only learn through our mistakes eh?

No worries. Theorizing is for the discussion of theories, and the Kokiri -> Koroks is just that. ( Though I'd call it a fact, not theory )

If you'd like to keep discussing it feel free, if not I can close it.
