THEORY!

I think Ganondorf came to Termina after Majoras mask!

He probably destroyed all of hyrule and came to Termina after escaping the sacred realm.

The reason for is that pictoboxes and Tingle were in Wind Waker.

This makes no sense. Your theory has no support or evidence. Just an item and a person. Pictoboxes could be made. By anyone who know how. Tingle flies around and wow he survived the great flood....WOW gorons did too!!! Tingle is just a small add on in WW for the triforce charts decipheration.

When did Ganondorf go to Termina then? At the end of OoT's child story, he was captured and sentenced to execution, as shown in TP's back-story.

Ganondorf escaped his seal within the Sacred Realm, only for his actions to be intercepted by the Three Goddesses, resulting in the flood. The seal is truly broken at the point of the Hero of Winds wielding the Master Sword, which up until that point, had rendered Ganondorf relatively weak.

Pictoboxes are irrelevant. Do you think Ganondorf himself brought them to Hyrule? We have already seen that it is possible for people to travel to Termina themselves, such as the Happy Mask Salesman, who would be far more likely to want to bring technology back to Hyrule with them, opposed to the King of Darkness. My opinion is the simplest answer, by the time of the WW, technology had grown considerably since OoT.

Tingle is again a poor point. Tingle has been seen in Hyrule several more times than just WW. In his own game, Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, he is shown to have dimension warping capabilities, which does a good job of explaining why Tingle could be in both MM and WW.

but, yeah...Gannondorf was sealed away at the end of OOT, so he could not get to termina, as could no one else unless they ventured through the lost woods and sutch...as or Pictoboxes and Tingle...well Tingle has a baloon he can float anywhere with, and he could have brought the Pictobox with him

destroyed Hyrule? is Hyrule destroyed in some game? why would Ganondorf go to Termina, all he wants is the complete power of the Triforce and rule Hyrule, since he wants to rule it he would not destroy it, the pictoboxes could easily be created, and even if Tingle could live hundreds of years, (MM to WW) why he would get away from Termina? im sorry to say this, but this is by far the theory with less effort I've seen, and your most big error YOU ARE NOT BEHIND ME!!! (the last one was a joke, so don't take it seriously)

Yeah, we better watch out for the big evil "gonan," though I doubt he would want to destroy Hyrule. What's the point of having power if you can't enforce it over anything?

First off, the hylians would have invented the picto box anyway, even though they had no contact with the Terminans (the Chinese and the british both invented the wheel even though they didn't have contact with eachother)
As for tingle being there, he has a boloon, what keeps him from flying to Hyrule (I don't believe n the alternant dimention Termina theory).

It never states in-game that it is an alternant dimention anywhere in the game. The lost wood's other portals all lead to places that aren't alternant, so what makes this one that way?

Where in-game does it say it was the lost woods? The portal to termina was a bit more elaborate, and thats a pretty weak argument against it, considering how much evidence supports the parallel dimension theory. I personally think it was a dream, but if it isn't it's definitely an alternate dimension, as I think Link would have noticed such an angry moon prior to arriving in Termina.
