Twilight realm theory

this is a little theory ive been thinking about for a while, and very well may be wrong, but i'll throw it out to see what other people think.

I think that the twilight realm may be the sacred realm. at the end of ocarina, ganon(dorf) is sealed in the sacred realm away from hyrule, and then in ALTTP we are told/shown what the sacred realm has become with ganon being there. is it possible that his followers were sealed into the sacred realm, then adapted to it and became the twili. this could explain the dissappearance of the gerudo in TP.

The Twili were trying to establish dominion over the Sacred Realm, hence why they were punished and sealed into the Twilight Realm. Sealing them into the very place they want to be isn't such a great idea.

yes, but Ganon was sealed into the sacred realm, where the triforce still rested (according to ALTTP)

Split timeline. The sealing of Ganondorf never happened in TP.
This was one of the most popular theories we got our hand on TP thoght.
