A revelation that might defunct the theory that Malon is half-Gerudo.

I just read on LA that if you speak to Talon wearing the Goron mask, he also says it reminds him of his wife. Can someone please check up on this since I don't have access to OoT?

Do you have OoT, Lex? Could you check whether this is true? Also talk to the laughing boy in Hyrule for comparison.

I just did. Yes, he responds the same way to both the Goron and the Gerudo masks. So... watch closely... here's where I drop the harem theory.

Well, do we even trust the concept now that they have Gerudo mothers? This could potentially show that there is no place for the concept outside of those comments.

Of course, the Gerudo could reproduce via ritual, for all we know. The Twinrova sisters are twins, supposedly, but they're usually referred to as one entity. They all look pretty much the same.

Well, now that Malon and the laughing boy cannot be considered reliable examples of Hylian-Gerudo mating, this returns us the dominant theory that the Hylians are the people who help the Gerudo reproduce, but you are correct that there is no definite information about the Gerudo and their connection to darkness.

Raian, didn't I tell you that TP would shed some light on stuff from FSA? Looks like it might have been better than an educated guess after all. Of course, this wouldn't be the first time something I've said becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

i haven't experienced talking to him with either mask... but maybe hes just being sarcastic as a lot of husbands do when they joke about their wife.

Although I have doubted that TP would ever integrally connect to FSA, such as with the Dark Mirror, the point about the "ancient language" made me suspect that the Trident was made before the Great Flood. Likewise, the use of the term "we grant you..." makes me suspect Twinrova made it.

We shall have to see... I am drooling with anticipation.
