I'm about to modify it, seeing as it isn't quite legitimate enough for my liking.
How about this:

I replaced the apostrophe with a zigzag to show how it could fit into another Zelda game if sufficient evidence is put forward. This is a bit unstable as I havem't even played half of the Zelda games yet... But yeah!

Ok, I've been told that OoX and ALttP follow up to Link's Awakening. Ima just add these in...

Play ALttP and OoX, it's generally believed that it comes after those games, featuring the same Link. I'd say why but I don't know if you'd regard that as spoilers and I don't know how to do spoiler tags.

Well OoX gets placed after ALttP because The triforce is all together inside Hyrule castle, and Link and Zelda know each other in both OoX and the end of ALttP.

And LA gets placed after OoX because Link is seen sailing away on a boat that looks like the one he is on in LA, and in OoX he goes to Holodrum and Labrynna. These could be the lands he visited in the LA prologue.

Trouble is you can't toggle those spoiler tags... Dunno how the mods do it...

On the official Nintendo website for Link's Awakening, ever since the game was released, it says that it's a direct sequel to ALttP. Now, this was before OoX came out, but LA definitely still has some sort of chronological proximity to ALttP.

Well, I actually don't know. I did say it wasn't stable, because the Majora's Mask placement in my timeline actually makes little sense. I have a strong hunch that it fits in there though. I put it underneath SS and OoT because I'm not sure whether it'll come directly after SS... Yes, I know I put a link to it, but still. I was originally going to have this:

And so on.

But... MM is a sequel to OOT...

I have. Just because it came out after OoT doesn't mean it's the sequel. Prequels do exist. I mean, it might be neither. It could be two different Links. which is exactly my point

No no no no....it's officially stated...he's the Hero of Time, after returning to his childhood...he goes off in the Lost Woods in search of Navi who left him in the Temple of Time and Zelda gives him the Ocarina to protect his journey...
the OFFICIAL child timeline goes SS-OOT-MM-TP. Period.

TP comes after MM in the child timeline. And why do you have ALttP and OoX separated? They come together before LA like this: ALttP/OoX/LA.

Even if you haven't played all the games, you can still place them in your timeline. You can check the Developer Quote Guide to see which placements have been confirmed.
