No. It's not the same tune. Doesn't sound the same, and that is a Terminan song- not Hyrulean.

Also the Song of Soaring causes wings to grow out your back and you fly places- the Ocarina of Wind calls the bird, Zeffa, who carries you places.

It's not the same. More closely linked to aLttP or LoZ's flute.

The only connection I see between those pictures is the Treble Clef.
You can't prove anything in Zelda by going by symbols.

And it's not even the same treble clef.

The Treble Clef is commonly used as a symbol for music.

The symbol on the Owl Statue looks like a Kokiri Symbol with an extra thing on the top.

It's a Treble Clef used in music.

Musical transportation is common in zelda, (and might make a reutrn in Spirit Tracks) nothing too special about it
