Even so, doesn't mean Spirit Tracks has more story than any other Zelda game. It just means that Spirit Tracks has the most nonstandard Zelda story since back in 2003 when Wind Waker stirred up the lore.

Oh, I agree. Just pointing out how much we know about it.

I agree. Just compare it with this picture of TP Ganondorf. They both have very strong jaw lines, a big nose, evil yellow eyes, and whispy eyebrows. Plus, the train trying to run over Link & Zelda is reminesent of Ganondorf nearly trampling over Young Link on horseback in OoT.

So far the chips are stacked that it is Ganon, but part of me still hopes that it isn't (PH did a pretty good job with Bellum, so there's still hope for a non-Ganon game).

Re: Let's kill the princess...

I have a hard time believing in the whole Ganontrain thing, or that he's the Demon King. Especially if it's WW's Ganondorf who's come back. Here are some reasons why:

- A long time before ST, the Demon King is sealed within the earth. That leaves only some time between WW, where Ganondorf was turned to stone, and the appearance of the Demon King. Plus, Ganondorf was stuck down at the bottom of the sea. No minion would reach him down there, remove the Master Sword and just revive him.

- Of all things, a train is hardly what Ganondorf would consider appropriate. I mean, what on earth would he be able to do as a train? It just doesn't make sense for him to be a train, and I really wouldn't put too much weight on what the "face" of the train looks like.

- If the train truly was Ganon, then why didn't he run over Link in the beginning? It may be a different Link, but I reckon that if it's Ganon then it would be WW Ganon as it is him the train supposedly "resembles".

- The train seems to be little more than a mere tool of Cole and that other villain guy. Ganondorf has always been a leader, a man behind the scenes.

In short, I do not believe in a Ganontrain possibility, and if it truly ends up being just that then I'm expecting a really f***ing good explanation.

Isn't this that whole 'hundred' meaning 'hundreds' issue?

I really hope you're right. I don't want Ganondorf to be in any more games for a while. The Ganon fights in TP and WW were too awesome to just be downplayed by yet another return so soon.
