LOLGEOGRAPHY- Spirit Tracks Map comparisons.

LOLGEOGRAPHYFAG:

Problems with area with reedy trees in south west being a desert in FSA and LoZ- though if they could be desert plants- or reeds by a river like by the Nile in a desert.

Least convincing, don't believe this one so much. Just giving any similarities I could see.

Sigh*...

Seems Like its looking well for "WW/PH---LoZ/AoL"

And also well for "WW/PH---ST---MC---FS/FSA" Or what have you. The Four Swords Saga may actually be stapled on to the Adult Timeline.

FSA on the AT and ALttP on the CT is stupid since the maps are identical

Re: LOLGEOGRAPHY- Spirit Tracks Map comparisons.

Here are some things I noticed about the map:

The center is probably the seal on the evil thingy mago that was mentioned, and the lines going away from it are the spirit tracks/the schackles of the seal.
Each of the lines end up in another circle in the for corners of the map, these are most likley dungeons that are important or something.
This also shows that the area we first saw in the early trailers is only 1 of four areas most likley (many suspected that already since the edges seemeed to be cut of), since there was only one set of tracks in that area.
I assume the center is also the Hyrule castle/strange tower area.

The symbols on the map are mostly fairly easy to interpretate.
A coast to the south east, a volcano to the north east (and a deku baba), Gorons and mountains in the north.
Plains with piggies in the south, more of the coast here too.
In the south west it looks like many Phantoms/Armos statues and leaf woods. In the orth west it looks like needle woods. And in the west there is a skulltula symbol, the trailer showed those in more woods...so I assume alot of the west is covered in woods.

All things considered that sounds like a fairly generic Hyrule to me, and we also don't know how accurate this representation of new Hyrule is since it's very artsy/symbolic.

DAMN IT. I was going to say LOLgeography, but you got to it first

I don't see the similarities except for the center, and the mountains to the north (which aren't exactly original to only ST...).

And how do we really know that that map is canon at all? It could just be meant to be a pretty drawing lol.

Yeah but remember FSA was originally going to be the SW so the connections may have been broken when Miyamotto upended the teatable.

Not that I disagree with you or anything, it's just I'm saying this before RZ goes into RAAAGE mode.

I think the connections with ALttP are still there, Miyamoto just didn't want it done that way, so he left room for it, and so the answer wasn't just given to us. It still fits 100% perfect IMO.

I want to know what everyone's opinion is on the giant fiery inferno in the top right corner of the map.

It's a giant fiery inferno, of course.

Joking, it seems like the actual volcanic part of Death Mountain to me.

Re: LOLGEOGRAPHY- Spirit Tracks Map comparisons.

Yeah, bitterlime hit the nail on the head here.

While it seems legit, we don't know if this map/drawing is truly reflective of the actual world map, so lets not get too excited just yet.

I am liking the FSA and LoZ comparisons there River. You've done your homework. XD
