First, let me introduce a family from
OoT, this is common knowledge for many, so please bear with me.
This is the boss of the carpenters. In Majora's Mask an identical character
is called "Mutoh".
Many characters in OoT are nameless, so for the sake of simplicity
I will use the names given to identical characters from other games.
This is "Granny", Mutoh's old lady:

Note that Mutoh's pants have a tiger print resembling Granny's tiger cub.
This is Mutoh's daughter "Anju", the cuccoo lady:
(actually it's a picture of an identical person in MM, but you get the idea)
And this is Anju's brother, "Grog", who is also Mutoh's son:

How do I know they are all one family?
Here is quote evidence from
OoT (if you've seen it, skip ahead to the next section).

Grog is Mutoh's son.

I'll give you a rare, valuable

Its name is Cojiro, and it used to
be my brother's Cucco. Its
blue body is quite charming.
It's so cute!
Since my brother has gone,
it's strange, but Cojiro has
stopped crowing. |

Anju and Grog are brother and sister.
Link gets the saw Grog left behind:

The saw went from Mutoh to Granny to Grog, back to Mutoh.
If Mutoh is a poacher, that could explain the tiger print pants and cub...
...perhaps he doesn't want his workers to know about his poaching on the side, lol
I think we have satisfactorily shown that the aforementioned characters are all
one family.

Now, I was considering the similarites between Grog and Coro:
Both sit on a tree stump/under a tree.
Both are pretty much topless.
Both have an affinity for birds.
The name "Coro" is reminiscent of "Cojiro" (just remove the "ji").
Coro seems mopey in the sketch, and in the game... until you approach
him and he starts beaming.
Both characters sit in remote isolation.
Both have similar chests.
Both are called 'worthless'.
Coro's sister is Hena:

Another thing about my lazy
brother... I ask him to drop by and
help out from time to time, but he
never does.
He can't fish a lick, so he spends
his time in the woods, talking to
the animals, I guess. Yeah, he's
kinda worthless... |

Hena's design is comparable to Anju.
Compare the blue eyes, hair and facial features of the two characters.
Hena and Coro's sister is Iza:

Make sure you drop by her boat-

Do you remember the owner of the Fishing Pond in
OoT?
Hena has a picture of him in her house.

Hena and Coro both inherited the

My theory? Wedding bells for Anju and the OoT fisherman:
Resulting in their descendants: Coro, Hena, and Iza.
