fish dieties

If Jabu-Jabu is Jabun, and The Ocean King is The Wind Fish (supposedly), do you suppose that they are all the same being?
Do you think it's possible? Why not?

I think Jabu-Jabu died on the AT when Zora's Fountain froze. I don't think Jabun is
Jabu-Jabu. Jabun is probably related, like the way the WW Deku Tree is a new Deku Tree.

No because the Ocean King looks nothing like Jabun. Jabu-Jabu might be Jabun though because they both have weird things on their backs/heads and if Jabu-Jabu could fly like the Wind Fish then that would explain how he got out of Zora's fountain.

I always thought that the WW Deku Tree was the Deku sprout in OoT.

Jabu-Jabu and Jabun seem to be the same thing and in WW somewhere, it says that Jabun was "once called Jabu-Jabu".

The Ocean King and the Wind Fish could be the same thing because they can both "alter reality with their minds" so to speak and are likely separate from Jabu-Jabu and Jabun.

So we have Jabu-Jabu/Jabun and Ocean King/Wind Fish. Two fish deities.

I'd also like to say that Jabu-Jabu and Jabun watch over civilizations, while the Ocean King and the Wind Fish watch over whole worlds (Koholint Island and the World of the Ocean King).

Koholint Island and the World of the Ocean King are their (it's) dreams, so I don't think they would count in that situation since they aren't real locations.
But other than that, why else wouldn't they all be the same being?

We don't know whether or not the World of the Ocean King was actually a dream and it likely wasn't. Anyway, my point is that Jabu-Jabu/Jabun watch over people while the Wind Fish/Ocean King do not.

Also, the Wind Fish/Ocean King actually show that they have powers, while Jabu-Jabu/Jabun just seem to be guardians that are looked up to, almost like a parent.
