"next Hyrule" would essentially just be a rebuilt Hyrule in a different location. Tetra even says as much in the Japanese text.

Putting aside Daphnes moving on and the symbolism behind Hyrule's destruction for a second, Tetra's entire "New Hyrule" idea appears to have been specifically aimed at Daphnes to prevent him from killing himself in the ending. It's made more apparent in the Japanese text, and Tetra's "we must return to our ocean" statement before the Ganondorf fight arguably implies that she preferred the Great Sea.

I don't see how
TWW didn't meddle with the stories.
TWW effectively destroyed Hyrule and made it forgotten, and all of the evidence in the game points to Hyrule and the Great Sea acknowledging and respecting the Hero of Time, contrasting with
ALttP's "no hero or Master Sword" Imprisoning War.

His time had also passed. The fact that Daphnes willingly obliterated Hyrule shows that, in the end, he let go of his obsession.

Anyway, we've had this discussion plenty of times before, so it'd be best to end it now.
Regarding Spirit Tracks, I don't think that we should be making any timeline guesses at the moment, seeing as how we don't know the plot.
