Story:

The Minish Come to Hyrule and Hand over their Sword to the Hero of Men. This ends the war for the TRIFORCE and subtly affirms the Kingdom of Hyrule. Years and Years later, Vaati (A Minish) attempts to steal the Light Force (the Power of Princess Zelda) and is, subsequently, sealed in the refrged picori blade AKA the FOUR SWORD.

Ocarina of Time begins years later. War broke out again; the triforce was under seige. A Lone mother with child, a Child of a Hyrulian Knight it seems, is estranged in the Lost woods. She dies and leavers her son in the care of the Great Deku Tree. This boy, without a fairy, is suddenly given one... but that fairy came with a mission. Link is sent off to defeat Ganondorf. Ganondorf (born of the Gerudo) is the Man who will shatter the Triforce and wield its Power portion. Link picks up the Master Sword and is thrust Seven years into the Future. There, he defeats Ganon and is sent back to right before he met princess Zelda for the First Time (or right after he left the Forest). Link also has the ToC on his hand... sharing with us that the Triforce is still shattered in this time frame (i think it is because the Triforce transcends time and space... at least in the sense of the power of the pieces and not the pieces themselves).

-- Link, In his absence at the temple of time, ruins CT Ganondorf's plans. Ganondorf flees and hides away in his village. Before doing so though, Ganondorf sabotages the Land a bit, with his magic, and the landscape slowly-suddenly becomes what is seen in FSA. The Kingdom, in retaliation, Expands its securities and sends the inhabitants of Kakariko and Lon Lon ranch to a more secure location near the Lost Woods. Hyrule Kingdom expanded into a larger Castle and Entity in the place of Hyrule Field.

Four Swords... the legendary blade that princess Zelda is to guard as her royal duty. One day, she takes her friend, Link (from OoT), To the blade to re-seal its seal on Vaati. Vaati escapes and Kidnaps Zelda. Link Saves Zelda and re-seals Vaati in the FS. Some days later, Zelda, realizing that the Seal must have More Security, takes Link and the 6 other maidens (essentially, sages) to the Four Sword shrine. There, a strange event occurs when Dark Link makes a re-appearance, or rather "Shadow" Link (a new character it seems). Shadow link and Vaati escape and cause Link to take up the Four Sword again. Link soon learns that Ganondorf has been doing wrong against his people and have violated their sanction. Ganondorf also stole the Trident which houses Evil. It also Turns out that Ganon was behind the whole plot. With Vaati defeated, Link's only task was to defeat Ganon. He does and Seals him in the Four Swords, with the help of the Seven Maidens (much like he did with Future Ganon and the Seven Sages). With all safe... Hyrule returns to Peace. Link is recognized as a hero in this time. Also, while on this adventure, Link RE-Met Malon and Epona. Link gains Epona as an ally in this time frame and decides to go on a more personal Journey...

---Mean while, The Dark Mirror is retrieved (the twilight mirror as it is actually known as), Ganondorf is unsealed and stripped of his trident, reverting him back to his human form. Ganon his tried for his crime against the Kingdom by the ethereal sages of the Child time. Ganondorf recieves the Triforce of Power (a bit late but better than sorry), One sage dies and Ganondorf is Sealed in the Twilight realm... the end of him, for now...

Majora's Mask... Link seeks his old companion, Navi. He wanders off to the Land at the Edge of Hyrule... Link is soon ambushed by an old face, Skull Kid, wearing Majora' s Mask. Skull Kid steals Epona and heads off to a strange place. Link pursues and finds himself victim of a physical alteration into the form of a Deku. Link eventually stumbles onto the Land of Termina... a place with its own history, own Gods, and strange customs. Link must now save this land from the Falling moon, caused by The Skull Kid and his mask. The happy mask salesman (Majora's Mask's Original owner) also requests that Link retrieve this mask for him. Link does both and Leaves the land for another Journey.

----SPECULATION:::::: Link returns to Hyrule and feels a longing to see the Actual Triforce. It has, since the incident involving Ganon and since the Triforce does not seem to resonate with the same power, been moved to outside the sacred realm (Once again, i think the Triforce power is still held by the individuals and the Pieces are just there). When link touches the triforce, he is sent on another time traveling journey to two new lands in the way future. Link must secure the Two Oracles from harm, defeating Veran and Onix in the process. Yet, the real plan was being conducted by Link's old enemies (met and defeated on the Adult Timeline only) Twinrova. Link defeats them and a ressurected Ganon. Link then heads out to sea... to return to Hyrule.

--- Link gets back to Hyrule and is Sent back to his time.

Link eventually returns to Hyrule and grows a bit while being there for Princess Zelda and the Rest of Hyrule, as it's Hero. Link then Is called to defeat and Evil magician... and as Link does so, He realizes that the source of the Magicians power comes from yet another Land. Link, now old enough to freely wield it, picks up the Master Sword and heads out to defeat this Evil Threat. Soul Calibur and Soul Edge are names that become Familiar to Link. Link defeats the Evil and returns from His last Quest thus far.

--- Lets hope that ZWii will have the OoT Link as its protagonist. Kakariko Village (from OoT) Is RE-Inhabited as it was abandoned and Corroded into Death Mountain after some time. There are few inhabitents of it btw.

Years and Years Pass by. A Boy is born in the Land of Ordon. This boy eventually Becomes the Successor of the Hero of Time/Legendary Hero. He recieves the boys Clothes (as it was on his last adventure: SCII) And picks up the Master Sword, just as the Hero Before him. He is tought to fight by the Hero's Shade (Speculated to be The Hero of Time). Link saves The Twilight People, Recieves the ToC, Defeats the Ancient, Sage Sword Wielding Ganondorf. And with the End of this Game, the Triforce is fully healed in this timeline, It re enters the Sacred Realm and All is good. The Master Sword is placed back into the Woods...

Years and Years go by Again... SOOOOOOO Much Time Passes.

Hylians are dying out...
A new man is born and becomes the Legendary Ganon.
Ganon is Sealed after battling to get to the Triforce.
Hylians are Still Dying out...

Present Day... Link, a boy of Hyrule, is awoken one Night to save princess Zelda. He is sent on a journey bewteen Light and Dark to Defeat the Ancient Ganon. In the End, Link, being pure of Heart, makes a wish on the Triforce. Link, fearing Ganons return, Leaves hyrule an a journey of Enlightenment. Link stumbles upon the Island of Dreams, Kohilint. Link sees faces that remind him of Hyrules inhabitents. He awakens the Wind fish and is last seen stranded out to sea...

Link, The Hero of Time, arrives some time after that event... and so on.

The End of Hyrule A...

...Hyrule B's Story Begins...

Hyrule has followed the History of the Minish Cap and Ocarina of Time Thus far. Link, Seven years in the future, is sent back to his own time but his Legend remains embedded in the land of Hyrule. Princess Zelda goes on to reconstruct her Kingdom and reigns for some time. Years Later, Ganon returns and begins to create havoc... No hero returned though. The Goddesses then began to Flood the Land of Hyrule and, with their great might, sealed it all away to be forgotten on the wind's blow... and yet the Legend of the Hero of Time survived by some miracle chance... and thus begins Wind Waker.

Link, a young boy born on an island of the Great Sea, carries on the tradition of the Island. He is dressed like the Hero of Time and is given the Shield of his ancestors (The Minish Cap Link's Wooden Shield) and goes on an adventure to save his sister. Link encounters Ganondorf and soon meets the King of Red Lions. The king Guides Link to gather the Triforce of Courage pieces and retrieve the MASTER SWORD so as to defeat Ganon once and for all.Link does defeat Ganon by Stabbing his head with the Master Sword; Ganon loses his triforce of Power and the Flood water engulfs the last remains of Hyrule of Old.

Link and Tetra (a pirate who is actually some one special), Go on their own adventures in Phantom Hourglass, Exploring the Great Sea.

-------- Years Later, a new land is discovered... and the Rest is to come.

Link's Outfit:

It Started off with the Hero of Men, He came in Green and Saved the World.

Passed down in his Secret Bloodline/Tradition was this Green Tunic.

The Smith Family Acquired this Outfit and, Soon, Link found Himself With a Hat of His Own.

This Garb was passed on to the Deku Tree and His children of the Forest for the Green Symbolizes Their Nature.

Link wears This Green outfit throughout All of His adventures to Come.

TP Link recieves the Hero of Time's Clothes.

The ALttP Link is related to at least one Knight of Hyrule.

This Knight is of the Bloodline of The Original Link, The Hero of Time.

The TP Link may be the Son of this Same Link.

It seems that The Latest hero on this Timeline had his outfit passed down to him.

Much in the Same way as the HoM to TMC Link.

The Wind Waker Link had his given to him as a tradition.

This is carried over to Phantom Hourglass.

.................. Later for the New game...

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Hero of Timeline

Remove all the games that are not made by Nintendo (or any gaming company related) and I'll be happy with this timeline.

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Hero of Timeline

Beem I think he is trying to link all Zelda's canon or not into a big timeline.
@OP-Your wall of text seems to have fan fiction in it... and I am very sure CD-i and SC are spin offs and don't belong in Zelda theory.

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Hero of Timeline

I'd include them, as long as they don't change my time line, in which case I'll make two different time lines.

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Hero of Timeline

I just added the CD-i games and SC Because they dont really contradict any other Zelda Story and SCII Would explain why Links Clothes are of an Adult Size in TP.

On a side Note

the "-----" designates an area that is inbetween games. I try to explain what happens between game, Mostly speculation and a LITTLE Fan Fiction.

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Hero of Timeline

You know what I hate? People putting games that nobody knows anything about yet due to the game in question not being released yet at a specific point in their timelines.

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Hero of Timeline

The inclusion od the CD-i games contradicts a little, because Ganon is the main villain, and he is dead in AoL.

Also, the idea of SCII filling the gap between OoT and TP is interesting, but that means by default that a Link existed between those games (and was stated once, I don't remember where, but if I find it, I tell ya, that the SC Link is not the same of OoT) and TP make clear that the last Link was the Hero of Time.

But, in general, you timeline is cool

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Hero of Timeline

Thanks Glaston, I consider the Ganon in the CD-I games to be a completely different Ganon... And the CD-i Ganon i also consider to be the Comic and Television Ganon. I have yet to speculate on who or what that Ganon is but it is clear that he does not really resemble the LoZ Ganon.

And thanks if you can share that info about the SCII link.
