I doubt Zephos is actually a frog. Gods in just about every culture take on different forms. A frog actually makes sense in WW, since Hyrule is mostly flooded, an amphibious form seems most appropriate. Maybe a bird was best in MC's Hyrule, idk.

Zephos can probably change his form.

Zephos and Zeffa and many other names are obvious for wind spirits because a Zephyr is a stream of wind.

Just names based on a real word because they're wind spirits.

Actually, Zephyros is the god of the West Wind in Greek mythology, which is what I figured Zephos was based on. So who knows...

Zephyros was named after the wind, much like the nymph Echo was named after actual echoes.

Yeah, but I figured that Nintendo named the god after the god, and wasn't directly thinking of zephyr winds, not that I can be sure, haha.

^ Yes, yes they do. Which makes it really hard for us to theorize because we don't know everything in Jap. For all we know in some random town in an isolated place theres some random characters that rants on the time line to us.

Of course I'm being a bit over sarcastic there, but with how much NoA screws up, I wonder how much easier it would be to figure this out if we were all japs.
