Resident Evil: The fourth movie

I have just seen a little info on the new Resident Evil movie. The third one just recently came out, but the fourth is set for next year or 2010. It takes place in Japan. You see at the end of the third movie that the camera was in Tokyo, Japan. If you played Resdient Evil 4 (on the Wii) you were Leon. Well in the fourth movie, Leon S. Kennedy is being introduced in the movie. I for one am looking forward to the movie.

I remember hearing that they're making a CG RE movie, is that what you're talking about? Or will there be another live action flick with Leon?

Hmm...in the live action films canon (I hope there is NOT another one) Leon is dead (for what reasons I don't know why)

but the new CG film will be based on the TRUE canon of the games and take place 1 year after RE4. yes it has Leon in it This awsome sounding movie will also show a story showing what happend to all the main series characters after the bombing of Raccoon city and the fall of the Umbrella corp. Finally we can see what happed to people like Billy Coen and Barry Burton.

Wait they killed Leon in the Live Action movies? When did this happen? And why would they kill him? I have only played RE4, but I really got to like Leon. Yeah I know I should get the rest of the games... Which I am planning to do!

Leon is Jill's partner and is killed pior to the events of the second live action film. I think the novel based on set movie mentions it, but don't worry yourself. Those crap movies are non-canon anyway.

Yeah I saw a trailer for that CG movie and it looked awsome.

I also know they are not canon, but I mean if you are going to base a movie or anything off of something, you should atleast try and stay true to the original as best you can.

Supposedly RE5 will have tie ins to the CG movie,thats what Gamepro said

I saw that aswell. I guess we'll have to see when it comes out. But I would like it if came out sooner.
