sig slideshow?

Sooo... posted that question in the gif thread, and then realized it was six months old... oopsie, so repost that question...

can gifs only be 256 colors? and if so... are there programs that mix the colors better than macromedia flash? I've seen some pretty clean gifs at times, and my current sig isn't that clean...

And ask another...

some of us on zu have a sig that displays a new image everytime you reload the page... I want the code for how to do that...

Anyone willing to part with a little uber awesomeness would be a good friend.

Image Rotation - for websites, blogs, forum avatars, sigs, myspace profiles, etc.

Go there with the different signatures you wish to use.
