This is an old tutorial, but it may be helpful to beginners. n_n I don't remember where I got my C4D's, so sorry about that.
This is for photoshop. I forgot to label it >_>

good tut, but you should have included a screen shot of when you did the radial blur. Not to mention that you didn't "star" your tut, please remember to do that next time.

It's rating the level of difficulty of your tut.

This tut is, umm, well I guess it would be helpful to people who are just starting or are just into Photoshop. It's not that hard on a count of it's just brushing, and I think that there is too much brushing. It's an ok tut though.

Those are C4Ds, not brushes.

I've never really 'defined' what one is. But let's see if I can. ;P

It's a 3D model (abstract or other styles) that is usually made in Cinema 4D. They are used mostly for effects and other things of that sort.

Though, some people use C4D's as main renders, unless of course they were meant for effects. ;P

Umm, highest settings on the radial blue don't look too good. My picture suddenly looked overly saturated.

Try putting it on a layer setting thing. xD Like...overlay? maybe soft light?

I edited a few steps here and there if it got a bit bright or whatever. At the end I duplicated the sig as a new layer, used a spatter filter, then set the layer to 50% opacity and the type to overlay. Gave it a watery effect.
