The Third Battle Arena Tournament: Round Nude Twos

I would like to remind everyone that I hate whoever is responsible for us still having an odd number. Well, there's always next round...

The second round will be nine duo matches and one three-for-all. From each battle, there will be one competitor moving on. That does not change for the three-for-all.

As per usual, we have the rules:

• You may only use one character per battle. A new character may be chosen for each new round. If, however, two or more of your characters are so heavily linked that they cannot fight or survive without the other, you may use them together.
  
• The tournament round will end in two weeks. This is simply a warning, as we've really never enforced this rule before. Be careful, though. There's a first time for everything.
  
• Lastly, winning your battle does not necessarily increase your chances of moving on. The actual outcome of the battle is rather irrelevant. Judges will be looking for skill, creativity, and good sportsmanship.

Obviously, the first and last posters have an advantage in the actual battle. One decides the setting while the other may use strategy when picking their character. Don't expect, however, that this will alter your chances of moving on.

I was all hyped up for bear versus zombie because they were my first two students and I wanted to see how those two very different characters would match up. But Zaknafein and Johnny should be great too. :3

It'll turn out crappy if I try and start it. What few CJ's I have are being contributed to several upcoming characters at the moment.

Duke, I'll let you go ahead and start it. You'll get it up quicker, and then I'll be able to respond quicker. That's my excuse, anyway.
