So wait a second here. Who's in charge, who (dis)approves characters, and "who is your daddy, and what does he do?"

This is all very weird. So like, I'm still not sure even what's going on with the Council. No one has the banner anymore, and sevr higher-up said something about some topic(s) about disbanding the Council. Still, the fact that it happened in April 1st really has me doubting.

Oh, and the stupidity of the action also makes me doubt it.

BA Council is to be reinstated now that my fun has been had. Also, you'll notice the forum names are back to normal. The descriptions aren't, but I forgot what they were. I might change them a little bit, but I think they're funny.

Z's homeroom still needs to be re-stickied and unlocked.

That'll be the last thing to do then.
