It's a joke. Because snickers is a present tense form of the verb snickering, but it's also the name of a candy bar. So while we're expecting it to be the verb and that's it, he instead lists the names of candy bars.

Yeah, shouldn't be much of a hassle to drive all the way over there. Could make it there and back in one day, given I stay for only an hour.... xB

What you all fail to understand is that HH is from Texas, a state large enough that you can drive all day, and still be in Texas. So driving across five or so of those other, smaller states, isn't that big a deal.
