That's why I wait for my brother to get a copy - all the ones he gets are top of the line.

Speakin' of backstories, I just started to read Venom: Dark Origins.
It is epic so far, I'm only on chapter 2, though.

Re: The Out of Character Thread: OBAMALLAMAPAJAMA~!

I didn't finish my writings before class, and I can't write during class... Oh well, I'll finish at lunch break (in an hour and a half or so).

I have this nasty tendency to get carried away with intro-type things, so it'll probably be ~1000 words of stuff for ootba.

You think you got carried away? My intro was 2275 words, including the very-relevent OoC parts. (not including them, it was 1821 words)

So? Long opening posts set the scene and provide readers with a vivid image of the events about to take hold.

You need to get out mor, you know that? Find a nice guy/girl to hang out with, if you catch my drift. Of course, I guess I need to practice what I preach first. >_>

Well I'm 19 (20 in December), and I'm waiting until life starts hitting me in the face again. :/

EDIT: Why the hell'd I say December? I meant early January. s:|

So that's how you roll, huh? All huggles, but little chitter-chatter in between? ;_; Sure, the huggles are nice, but they're devoid of true meaning unless one chats with the person who gives them. >_>

Oh, and they might never see this, but happy birthday to Ry-san and belle nontheless.

Edit for Quarky: *Ish 18 and lazy, not to mention shy and nervous around girls in the non-interwebz*

Sabbo's awesome, smart, and very easy to strike up a conversation with. I'm sure you could find a girl easily if you tried.

No, no. I was just trying to say something subtly. After all, silly me though that since you are a lady and specilize in the field, I could communicate that thought with subtlty and have you decode it properly. Alas, I need to work on my male to female translator. (Mental note to self: HOUSE IN 1 HOUR.)

... Notice how there are no words of support, only the subtle hint that Aiko is craving chocolate while using me as the medium in which to communicate said desire. =P

Re: The Out of Character Thread: OBAMALLAMAPAJAMA~!

Well, yeah, of course lots of people write more than I do, but I like to keep things short.

It helps that I never directly affect another person's character in my posts, initiating things but allowing the other to decide what happens with that. (Including conversation.)

But intros don't often have other people's characters, so it keeps going until a sensible time to stop.

XPP Subtlety doesn't register easily in my brain after 5 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays--I'm burnt out. But I think you were saying you wanted me to talk to you more? I don't even know if Ciro-Ciro has AIM. o__O

See, I read too much into stuff and then rationalize it. Or sometimes I just don't pick up on anything at all. X33 As Wolfie once said--"you're different from just a typical girl--you're a Super Aiko" ...or somefin' like that.

I missed House last week because I thought it was Thursday when it was actually Tuesday. I will not repeat that mistake this time!

This is how I think everyone should post, though... I'm not completely against other forms of writing. I think it's fine to keep solely to your own character without the least bit of power playing. It's how I prefer to do it, actually. That way it keeps the posts short, but it also moves the threads along faster. It also helps prevent making the other writer mad.

Yush. Oh, and a hint: The little yellow guy running under my avy is not running because I have a flamethrower.

Ah, there's your porblem. NEVER try to rationalize anything I say. You'll live longer.

See? My posts ARE good for something other then taking up bandwidth and slowing ZU down to a preverbal crawl.

There you go again, giving me credit for being more aware of things than I actually am. X33 I never really look on that side of a post. <___<;; If I need someone's screen name, I just go to their profile.

Hey, it's the only rational thinking I've got going on--interpreting what people mean, that is. XP

And actually, someone had already reminded me about House. : P But maybe your post has reminded other people!
