{Open} The Legend of "Eternity"

Out of Character:Hello, I will be starting a Rp adventure, in the medieval/fantasy style(Lord of the Rings). I will be using my only character:Eldír son of Arrondír.
I hope it interests you, to make things simple I ask that OOC(out of character) text is green and RP text the default color of the skin you use.

The Legend of "Eternity"
~~~~~~~Prologue~~~~~~

Trough the sea, a ship of great honor sailed, breaking the blue waves, it had been in a short jorney to a more remote part of the kingdom.

Eldír, in the middle of 20 passangers awaited the ships artive to land in the upper deck.
Many people stranged his pointy ears but he payed no attention, a new piece of land to explore.He was excited.

As some moutains, came closer all the people joined him.How funny, an elf in the middle of normal people, he was legend or at least everyone considered elves a legend but what really defines a legend?
Who knows, no one not even Eldír.

As the ship hit the docks, the order to get of the ship is given to everyone and in that cobblestone ground Eldír felt an urge to go to the mountains and beyond, continue a mystery to the world and a legend to himself... maybe for the rest of eternity.The world, is endless now.

I'm playing with Karash

People began to congregate in a single area at the bow of the ship, the land just ahead had been getting larger and larger ever since it escaped the veil of distanced fog, and the everyone was feeling anxious. Many of the individuals seemed fixated on one of two things, that ever-nearing shore, or a rather slender man amongst them whom sported a set of pointed ears. Karash secured his hood over his head after taking notice of this as he didn't want too attract much attention on himself, seeing as he wasn't human nor elf, or even something from this planet - and for all he knew, probably not this world.

The boat finally hit shore with a light thud and the captains booming voice followed to alert everyone of their arrival. Karash only glared out of the corner of his eye - he thought it was totally unnecessary, it was clear that they were docked now...

Everyone began to hop onto the dock from the vessel, taking a look at the new surroundings. Karash, at the time however, was wondering why almost the entire group was focused on a man just for having pointed ears. He looked all the humans to see that they all had rounded ears unlike his own, but still pondered as to the amazement he saw in their eyes - was it really so special to have pointed ears?

Finally he too stepped off the ship, whilst keeping an eye on the peculiar man, just before staring forward at yet another designated adventure.

Hi, lets see how this goes!

Not minding, the peoples looks Eldír continued walking, before starting his jorney he should rest in a near Inn.

As he, happy searched for the building Eldír crossed paths with a hooded man, he had noticed him before but now...it was strange.

The elf looked at the hooded one and felt an aura coming from him,this was no man nor elf. Like Eldír this person was a stranger to this place, he tightens his bag and starts walking more rapidly.

But the Crystal Star of Eldír started shinning and to the elfs misfortune, the hooded one noticed and looked at Eldír and his bag.

Those eyes, those eyes pierced Eldír and he felt that he should go to the Inn as fast as he could.

For whatever reason the pointy-eared individual became alert and seemingly worried of Karash's presence. Perhaps he thought that Karash was trying to mug him or something of the kind, but this Shihaitan would have nothing to do with robber; however the elf's jumpiness did make him that much more interesting.

Karash's eyes continued to beam towards the mysterious elf, he began walking towards the man to see if he could try and communicate to some degree - always a challenge due to the fact that Karash couldn't speak the common tongue of this and many other regions. He took a step near but notice that the man seemed to be in a rushing mood to be somewhere else.

The Shihaitan raised his eyebrow quizzically. but continued to step forward to see the following reaction.

The Star was shinning, that was a sign, a sign that this stranger was, like Eldír, unknown to this world.

The hooded person stepped towards Eldír, he stopped walking and faced the stranger, in an attempt to see his face, Eldír lowered himself and looked to the stranger’s face.To his surprise he had ears, pointy ears!

He couldn't be an elf but still, Eldír standed up:
-Suil!
Eldír said in a loud yet discrete tone.The stranger seemed curious so Eldír repeated:
-Suil!

The stranger couldn't understand him, so Eldír tried again in the tongue of men:
-Greetings!

I'll be using Chronia.

While flying high in the sky, Chronia examined the land below, which was inhabited by humans. She was levitating above a town that seemed to be by the ocean, making Chronia guess that it was a port town. She decided that exploring the area wouldn't be too bad, so she decided to head down into the civilization.

However, Chronia quickly looked down at her outfit. She was still wearing her white t-shirt, gray scarf, blue jeans, gray leather boots, and gray fedora, which was an entirely modern outfit. She then examined the surrounding area and realized that this was a more medieval era, which meant that she was wearing the wrong apparel. Chronia quickly, with a small flash of blue light, turned back into her normal form. Now ready with appearances, she teleported into a dark alley below, ready to explore the town.

Upon leaving the alleyway, Chronia was thrust into the giant crowd. Via her peripheral vision, she saw a man with pointed ears being followed by a rather familiar figure. They both obviously stood out in the giant crowd of civilians, as did Chronia herself. She was wearing an elegant, white gown, a crystal head accessory, accessories with clock designs, had white hair, and had no pupils. Fortunately, though, she did not have her staff out, so she did not seem very threatening in the area.

After examining herself and her outfit, Chronia decided to follow the two strange figures.

Karash realized that the elven man was just as curious as he was, so he raised his hood to fully reveal his already seen pointed ears, his piercing yellow eyes, and crimson colored hair. The man seemed amazed to see another pointed-ear individual too, what was it with everyone being surprised about pointy ears around here? Even the people with tipped ears seemed stunned when facing another like themselves.

"Suil!" the man spoke in a language other than what Karash had heard before on this planet. It sounded more elegant in comparison to the prior language, but that didn't help Karash understand it anymore than the common tongue. He arched his brow further when the elf began speaking as many of the humans already did - a character of multiple languages apparently - maybe he knew a language that didn't exist on this planet, Karash was doubtful though.

"Ġa'ina" Karash said in his language, a formal greeting followed by an arm across the chest and a slight nod of the head. He was sure the man wouldn't understand a language unknown to this world, there was only one person who ever could speak his language thus far, and she was practically a goddess.

After that little scene, and awaiting a reply, Karash felt a disturbance in space that he had come to know is common when one transports there self through or within the dimension. Perhaps he would meet a familiar face earlier than he thought.

Upon reaching her destination, the area in which the two odd individuals were, Chronia was slightly surprised by what her eyes had revealed to her. The reason why the second figure seemed to be awfully familiar to her was because this was her former ally! The Shihaitan! Karash! She was very pleased to see him, but as usual, she kept her monotone attitude.

Eventually, the two seemed to be communicating, or at least trying, as they seemed to be unsuccessful in their attempts.

"Ġa'ina," Karash had said. He then performed a movement very familiar to Chronia, as it was the same greeting that he had performed to her in their battle prior to this situation.

Suddenly, the Shihaitan seemed to be slightly alarmed due to an unknown stimulus, causing Chronia to start thinking. It seemed like he sensed her presence, or at least that was what she thought. After making this assumption, she simply decided to intervene and help the two communicate.

"The elf, Eldír, I presume, is attempting to greet you," she said to Karash in his native tongue while walking toward the two. She then looked toward the other individual, Eldír, and said in his native tongue, "This individual, Karash, is attempting to greet you, just like you are, Eldír, son of Arrondír."

Yay new character!

Eldír stepped back, how did this girl knew is name?He looked at Karash and at her, they seemed like it was not the first time they saw each other:
-How do you know who I am?

Eldír looked again at Karash and back to her:
-Who are you?You seem to understand the elven tongue...how?

How did this girl understood him, only an elf knows their tongue...

Suddenly The Star passed from a fain shine into a blinding burst of light, Eldír’s bag was not enough to contain it so everyone looked at him altough some run away.

Eldír quickly grabed the sacred and precious item in his hand trying to understand, what was going on.

Yay! And I think it's ironic how every character Chronia RP's with is younger than her, but looks older.

"How do you know who I am?" the elf boy said with a nervous and surprised tone.

"Who are you?You seem to understand the elven tongue...how?" he asked again, this time with a stronger tone than before.

Chronia had realized that she had subconsciously said his name, which seemed to be shocking for someone who didn't know who she was like Eldír. She then, now without much of a choice, decided to tell him how she was able to speak to him and state his name.

"I have a vast knowledge that allows me to be fluent in every language that has once or still exists, along with knowing everything that once or still exists. My knowledge includes information regarding every other dimension, world, timeline, etc. Basically, I have a near omniscient knowledge."

Chronia, after stating those words, glanced at Karash. She did not know if he knew about this ability of hers, but even if he didn't, she knew that he would know now.

Eldír looked at Karash and at woman:
-What business does someone with such powers has in this village?

He quickly corrected himself:
-That is none of my business, you must know, that I do not intend to stay here long...but I am curious.
-You seem so young yet you were blessed with tremendous knowledge-Eldír with great respect asked-will you grant me with your name?

The people started coming near the 3, and for Eldír that was never good news as people tend to be...not very receptive towards somewone of another land.

"...will you grant me with your name?"

Chronia, as she was doing her best to be polite, replied by simply stating, "Chronia. My name is Chronia."

She initially wasn't sure whether or not to tell the young man about her role as the Guardian of Time and Space, but she knew that not saying it would lead to many unanswered questions created by the elf.

"As for your first question, I am here because of the massive amounts of dark entities roaming around the universe and beyond, as I am the Guardian of Time and Space. However, this place is not necessarily of any importance to me, but I still felt the urge to explore this area," she replied with a monotone expression. All that was left for Chronia was to wait for a response from this newly met individual.

-I am honored to meet someone with such noble causes.
Eldír looked at Chronia with respect and introduced himself, even tough she probably knew who he was:
-In this world, I am Eldír, son of Arrondír; but in Aglarphen, my home I am Lord Eldír The Star, Lord of the Elves...

He noticed the Sun was already touching the West and night was coming soon:

-If there is a way I can assist you I would gladly do it, but my intentions are to travel the mountains and reach the other side.
And please, tell Karash that I apologize for my attitude when I first saw him, I now see he means no evil.


Eldír started walking in the direction of the mountains, to the West, the 2 individuals he had just met were similar to him, from another world and time.
He wished luck, and continued to await his artival to the Western mountains.

hey... can I make a quick request? can we have, like, a posting order or something, because having about 5 posts after my last post kinda makes it hard for me to keep up >.>.

While the elf and the goddess continued to speak to one another - with Karash not understanding most of it - he decided to gaze off to his surroundings which he hadn't the time to do until now. If someone where to see through his eyes they might think it looked bland, simply because he didn't actually see in colors as most people knew them, and he was actually incapable of seeing the sun or any form of light. He saw the actual world, the matter that it was composed of and the space it was held in.

Karash could see the oxygen in the air swirling with the mass of other trace gasses and light particle elements like dirt. He could see the makings of the ground he stood on and the hidden shapes of objects in the distance. His eyes weren't meant to view the yonder because of oxygen or other gasses filling the space, but he could focus passed it to see some things.

It was an interesting area, the pebbled beaches were to the sides of the docks, surrounded by rocks and the like, the trails of dirt let in several directions, but the one that seemed to be chosen the most was to the west were some mountains could be seen.

Karash noticed that the two had finished speaking and also realized they were being watched heavily... it was uncomfortable to say the least, but not exactly uncommon, probably for all of them.

Eldír began to walk away, towards those westerly mountains, leaving Karash looking to his side at Chronia with a puzzled look.

"did he tell you why he's going that way?" Karash asked the only person here that would understand him.

Sorry! I stopped posting because of that, but I guess I was too late ^__^"

After saying his final words to her, Chronia nodded politely and said a farewell to the Lord of the Elves. He then departed for the western mountains, leaving Chronia with Karash.

"Did he tell you why he's going that way?" the Shihaitan warrior asked her. Chronia turned her body around, now facing directly toward him, and answered in his native tongue.

"The only information regarding his departure that he has revealed to me is the fact that he wishes to travel through the mountains and reach the other side." Then, after sighing for a moment, she continued her words and said, "Unfortunately, as I do not possess any telepathic abilities, I cannot tap into his own knowledge and thoughts to learn manually." The reason why she had sighed was because she too was curious about why he had suddenly left for the mountains, as the unexplained departure was a slightly intriguing topic.

What about:Me-Eureko-Chronia, but if one doesnt post for a day it jumps.Of course to keep this moving, a longntime without posting makes a jump.

Eldír eard a loud noise, a roar of a wild beast coming from beind, he quickly prepared his bow and arrow, turned and saw a giant, the doble of his size, a tiger like white beast with gigantic fangs.

It was closing in to the newly meet individuals:
-Get down!
He screamed, they turned surprised and as the monster tried to attack Karash dodged it and Chronia teleported away.As soon they were out of his line of fire, Eldír shoot a straight arrow into the white monsters eye, stunning it for a couple of seconds.

He hoped Chronia and Karash could fight it, he ran to their side to help them.

by the way Eldir, posting that we dodged in your post with our characters is considered power playing and is generally looked down upon here in the BA, some character might want to try and take it head on rather than dodge away for instance and you posting that would prevent them from doing that logically - just try to refrain from posting like that ^_^;;

Eldír had only walked for a few moments before turning around equipped with a bow and arrow at the ready, pointed towards an white furred giant. "Get down!" he alerted everyone, including Karash and Chronia. The beast attempted to stomp on them just before the warning was shouted, but the two evaded the attack by whatever means necessary. Karash jumped and rolled to the side, just escaping the crushing foot.

The growling monster turned around to the elf that had foiled his attack and roared through his large yellow-tinted fangs at the man. Eldír then released his arrow and allowed it to fly it's path right into the furry giant's eye! Animalistic cries echoed in the area as the beast shouted in pain, moving it's hands to grasp at the wound.

As the giant - now made cyclops - stumbled everywhere, Eldír made his way to Chronia and Karash again. Karash looked at the elf and the goddess before turning towards the monster with a glare. It wouldn't be an adventure without a raging monster now would it?

Karash looked at his allies for the last time and gestured his head towards the cyclops before dashing off at the foot. The tiger-esque beast tried to bring a free hand down onto the speedy Shihaitan, but failed as Karash hopped through the open fingers and onto the back of his wrist. The cyclops seemed surprised and jumped back with a roar and a flailing arm, trying to shake Karash off. The Shihaitan thought fast, stabbing a still dull dagger into the beasts lower arm for anchorage.

He was probably going to need a bit of help with this.

Yeah, exactly what Eureko said. Chronia would either create a force field to block the attack or teleport away. Her physical abilities aren't impressive at all, so the "incredible agility" part doesn't work for her (plus, she's not in her modern outfit, and instead her gown, and it's pretty hard to move with incredible agility if you're wearing a dress that goes past your feet).

Just before the monstrous beast's foot crushed her, Chronia quickly teleported away with a small flash of blue light, reappearing several feet away. After successfully evading the attack, she glanced toward her comrades - Karash had just dodged the attack with a swift move, while Eldír had just released an arrow from his bow. The piercing arrow flew toward the monster's eye, impaling it while the beast responded by unleashing cries of agony.

Only after a few moments, the entire party of three was reunited. After a quick glance toward Chronia and Eldír, Karash charged toward the monster, swiftly dodging its attacks. He then made his way to the beast's wrist, making the second attack by stabbing its lower arm with his still dull dagger. Seeing his weapon in that state reminded Chronia of their previous battles together, making her realize that since they have already fought together, they would not have much trouble working alongside each other.

Once Karash performed his attack, it was obvious that he needed help. In response, Chronia stretched her right hand outward, summoning a blue light that was in the shape of her staff. The light then dispersed into many particles of light that eventually disappeared, revealing her staff. Chronia then took off into the air, now levitating several feet above her foe, a monster that was ready for battle.

For her attack, Chronia pointed the top of her staff down toward the beast and released a telekinetic blast - a distortion in space in the shape of a swirling twister. This blast crashed against the monster, sending it plummeting down with an immense force.

Though it seemed to be unconscious, Chronia knew that the monster was still perfectly fine, which was why she was still in the air with her staff ready.

OK I edited the post and changed "dodged with great agility" to "Karash dodged and Chronia teleported away" Hope it is better, sorry for that.

As Chronia’s magic smashed the beast into the ground, a big cloud of dust lifted into the air, blocking everyone’s vision of it, Eldír quickly looked at Chronia, sha was still in the air as tough she knew the monster was not defeated yet.

He grabbed another arrow from is quiver and pointed the bow and arrow at dust cloud, as the dust started to dissipate, Eldír could see the the beast, lying down...dead.

Its spine was shattered by the Goddess’ attack dealing the final blow:
-Its dead Chronia!

Eldír then ran to the giant corpose and placed his hand on the beasts head:
-What is this thing?It as white fur, it probably came from a cold area but I never saw an animal like this...

Eldír turned his head to his left and saw Karash looking at the beast too, Eldír know that he wouldn't understand but still asked:
-Are you okay?

To Eldír he seemed fine but it never hurts to ask, Eldír looks at Chronia:
-Are okay?
