Blastoise was a freaking tank? With guns? I'm sure if Pokeymanz weren't "rated E," then those guns would do something far more than huge, high-pressure water cannons.

(Of course, high pressure water cannons can be deadly.)

That's all well and good, but Surf was very often a one-hit kill, and doubled as a pleasant mode of transportation. Fly was nice, but I didn't get to enjoy the scenery.
