This is a Skyward Sword Roleplay involving the personal lives of the students of the Knight Academy in Skyloft, prior to the events of Skyward Sword. The characters involved so far are listed above, as are their
ZU counterparts.
Dawn had broken above the Cloud Barrier, and sunlight poured over the heavenly haven of Skyloft. Although the sun had only just risen, one young boy, a dedicated student of the Knight Academy, was already wide awake.
Fledge quickly pulled on his clementine tunic, fastened his belt and tied the laces of his sturdy brown boots. Once he had knotted his midnight blue scarf, he flung open the doors of his cupboard and grabbed the glimmering green bottle of Stamina Potion. He had saved up all week for a swift gulp of the potent drug, and now he felt alive, ready to take on what the world was about to throw at him.
It was still early in the morning, so Fledge closed the door of his room cautiously. He turned his head to scan the left side of the corridor, ready to scurry to the canteen, only to be ambushed on the right by a tall, heavy torso.
"Well, what do we have here?" Groose smirked, and smoothed his red pompadour. "I had just finished my morning workout and I was about to head down to breakfast, when I saw your nervous face. What are you doing up so early, wimp?"
Fledge glanced nervously between the sneering faces of his two lackeys, Cawlin and Strich. "I was...um...just hungry."
He attempted to sidle past the bullies when Groose held out his muscular arm. "Not so fast! You still owe me."
"For what?"
"For letting you escape unscathed last time!" he snapped. "You were very reluctant to tell me where shortpants was!"
"What do you want from me?"
"I hear you have a bottle of Stamina Potion in your cupboard..." Groose's smirk lifted even higher, revealing his yellowed grin.
"Who told you?"
"Everybody knows what in your cupboard, wimp! Maybe you should lock your door in future! Now, these muscles aren't going to feed themselves! Pay up!"
Fledge sighed in surrender, and opened the door to his room, which Groose held open with his boot. In a few moments, he returned, holding the bottle of potion. Groose snatched it instantly, allowing the door to slam shut, and unscrewed the lid. In seconds, the liquid was drained, and he tossed the empty bottle on the floor carelessly.
"I needed that, by the Goddess..." he said, relieved. "Come on guys, let's get some grub."
The three boys marched down the corridor in a uniformed line, leaving Fledge to pick up the empty glass bottle, and stare through it hopelessly, before hurrying to breakfast himself.
