Lori scratches her head awkwardly.

"Well I can see how your folks could have seen it as a joke. Wizards as a general rule stay on the downlow. Don't want to be freaking out muggles now. Anyways, as a wizard now, you probably won't be able to get a job in the muggle world. I mean I don't know why you would want to. Wizard jobs are so much cooler, and they pay well enough. Although, there are some jobs, like my mom's, who can lap into both worlds. I mean she freelanced for muggle papers from time to time."

Noticing the door unlock, Lori turned to look at Matt who was glaring at her. She gave him her brightest smile.

"Welcome back," she chirped. "Enjoy your trip?"

Matt smiled sweetly. Don't show her you're angry. If you do, you lose. Just smile and nod.

"It was wonderful actually. Why didn't you come with me, though? They had all sorts of great sweets! I got a bunch for Shaun and I to share. You can have a couple too if you ask nicely."

Turning to Shaun, he offered him one of the bags of Fizzing Whizbees, saying "Try one of these. They have blue raspberry, orange, and strawberry. Might wanna cover your ears though, mate."

OoC: Just wann know before I eat this (cause I'm too lazy to look it up)... What do these do again?

OoC: They make a very loud whizzing noise, and taste like sherbert
Also, I bought some Blood Pops, which turn your tongue blood red and taste like strawberry

"I remember I had some stashed away. Got those instead. Why pay money for something I already had? Anyways, what took you so long? We were worried about you," Lori replied, ignoring the ask nicely part. There was no way she was grovelling.

Shaun popped a Fizzing Whizzbee in his mouth.

Shaun jumped straight out of his seat and just about hit his head on the ceiling. He didnot expect thecandy to make such a loud noise.
Of course, once you got passed the noise, they tasted quite nice. Like a big bowl of of peaches and cream.

And so it begins... Matt thought, smiling eagerly

"Oh, I met this weird green-haired girl on my way back from the candy trolley. Said she didn't like people. Totally rude, I was just trying to help her out. Oh well...hey, are those chocolate frogs?? Who did you get for the cards? I'm a bit of a collector...I just need an Ethelred the Ever-Ready and a Cornelius Agrippa and I have em all!"

At that moment, Shaun's Fizzing Whizbee went off, and he nearly jumped out of his skin. Matt couldn't help but laugh uproariously. "I told you mate, those things are LOUD! Don't ya just love em?"

Lori looked shocked at Matt's nonchalance of the green girl's plight.

"And you just left her there?!"

Taken aback by Lori's reaction, Matt replied, "I, uh, well, what was I supposed to do? She didn't want to be with people, so I left her alone! It's only natural..."

Lori glares at Matt and stands up suddenly.

"I'm going to go talk to her. I'm sure there is a justified reason for all of this."

With that being said, Lori walks out of the compartment, slamming the door shut behind her, the glass rattling in the cage.

Audrey is sprawled out on the bench, sleeping.

Befuddled, Matt sat down next to Shaun.

"Um...do you know what that was about? I'm totally lost here...is it a Muggle thing or something?"

"Anyways," Matt went on, "you should try one of these Blood Pops next. They'll dye your tongue so red everyone will think you're a vampire!" Matt popped his gleefully into his mouth

Lori quickly walks down the hall way, looking for the girl Matt had described. It shouldn't have be that hard. After all, there shouldn't be that many girls with green hair. Peering into one of the compartments, she notices a figure lying down on the bench, alone. Green hair made it obvious that this was the target Lori was looking for.

Grinning from ear to ear, Lori didn't think twice about opening the door and stepping inside. The girl didn't react to her entrance, so Lori quietly walked over to where the girl was lying and prodded her lightly in the back.

Shaun smiled. "Girls are just... Girls."
Shaun picked up another Fizzing Whizzbee and poppedit in his mouth. This time, he was prepared for the loud noise.

Matt laughed, "Oh, mate, I think we're going to be good friends. I'm gonna have to think up a nickname for you...-" Matt popped a bright red Bernie Botts Every Flavor Bean into his mouth, and started in alarm, "OH PISSING BLIMEY THAT'S HOT!!"

Audrey waved her hand in the air in a pathetic attempt to brush away the pokes. "Not now Chairman Meow, I'm sleeping." After a few more pokes she opens an eye to see a stranger in the compartment. She jolts to her feet, but by getting up to quick she staggers back to the bench and holds her head.

Shaun tried one of the blood pops. "When does the train arrive?" He asked, trying to keep the red strawberry juices from pouring out of his mouth as he spoke.

Lori watches the other girl's reaction with an amused look, a slight grin gracing her feature.

"Hey there, I'm Chairman Meow. What might be your name be?" Lori asks playfully, a small laugh entering her voice.

Breathing hard with his mouth open to cool off, Matt tried to speak without using his tongue, "Weww, tha twain thould be awwiving pwetty shoon...we thould pwobabwy finith eaing our 'andy by hen..."

Audrey looks up in a blank stare, deciding what to do. "I'm Audrey." she says cautiously.
