Feedback for Massive Project.

This following link will take you to a paper I wrote with a partner. I wrote some parts, he wrote others, still others we wrote together. I have edited most of it, though I exercised considerable restraint when editing the parts he wrote

This paper counts for a fairly substantial portion of our grade. It is the most comprehensive paper I have ever had to write. It is getting close to completion, but I think it can still be improved.

If you are so kind, please take the time to read it and provide feedback. Let me know if you see mistakes or something doesn't make sense. Admittedly, this paper is supposed to be written in the style of a scientific article and is therefore very boring.
