Does anyone here speak/know any German?

I think Elf is eleven, or something like that. I'll need to ask my friends at school.

If you're interested in German culture and are interested in the language, I would recommend the movie "Good-bye Lenin." It's best if you speak German before watching it, but subtitles don't take too much away from the film. It's easily one of my favorite movies.

I doubt American video rentals would have it, haha. It's a comedy/drama sort of thing about how a man has to keep his bedridden mother from discovering the fall of east Germany or the shock would kill her.

Im thinking if i can learn German I'll do russian next.

I speak german fairly well. Yay, i understood what the others were talking about.
I'm not taking it next year though, so if you need anything, squeeze it out of me fast =P
