Someone familiar with that bible.

Heya, folks. Never made a thread here, but now I will. It's not for school, really. But nonetheless, I need to know if all these verses are actually existing. See, I got a few numbers, but I need to know if all of them exist in the various books.

I realise that many of these numbers (especially the low ones) could go for any book. That doesn't matter, really. I just need to know, do all of these numbers exist, and if so, in which books?

I reckon they all exist - the higher verse numbers are harder to pin down but the lower verse numbers are in most books

Well, ... I'm not sure the reason for this, but the short answer is "no", a lot of the books of the Bible don't have that many chapters. The long answer is... well, I'd have to go through the following steps:

STEP ONE: Eliminate all books with 12 chapters or less.

STEP TWO: Work my way down through the verses. Books that don't have at least a verse 51 of chapter 13 would also be cut (and so on).

STEP THREE: Cut out all the books with less than 21 verses in chapter one... and so forth.

What's the point?

I'd much rather help you study something specific from the Bible... Verses are just modern conventions for study purposes..... Moses didn't sit there and write out "Genesis verse 12", "Genesis verse 13", "Genesis verse 14", &tc., haha.

Yeah... but it seems it'd take a lot of work to find out so I'm gonna... just go to plan B.
