When you've got these types of situation, as shadowthief mentioned, your best choice would be to talk to a trusted adult about it. (A parent, for example)
Most often than not they'll try their best to help you out.

I can't comprehend why someone would lie just to get me in trouble. I leave everyone alone unless they make me mad first. Seriously I don't have a problem with profane language I only swear when I'm angry, and quite frankly I was angry when I got in trouble for that again because someone wants to lie. Last year I got wrote up twice for running in the hall once. I ran in the hall and got written up then one hour later I got written up again like I did it twice when I only did it once and only one was my friend and no I didn't do it because they were. I don't know why I did but probably because I was angry about something and took it out on the book.

It seems as if you've got somewhat of a bad record already (getting written up last year for running in the halls), although that may not seem
that bad.
Believe it or not, simple things like that follow you, and when the principal was informed about you 'making fun of' this girl, he was ready to believe it.
Thing is, school's just a minor part of your life. Things like this will pass, and you won't even remember. It's better to keep your cool until it's over. :]
Like so many have suggested, get a hobby for when you're angry. Writing works great.
