I NEED IDEAS!!

Ok i gotta write a comic and its due this week, I need a hero, a villian, and a little story behind them telling how they became heros and villians. I am trying to think of ideas but i think my brain died, so help!

Hero - Nintendo Man! & sidekick - N64 Boy

Villan - Sony man! & sidekick - PSP boy

Do you want a hero or a team of hero's?

The idea is to get a little help on your work, not to make other people do the entire thing for you.

ok. heres their story.

the hero was raised by a poor family, and his father always tried hard to provide for their family. So, hero decides to make the world a better place.

Villian was raised by a catholic priest. i dont think its necessary to explain why he wants to exact revenge on the human race.

The priest was always crool to him, and made him clean up after him and all the other Monks.

Just opt for the typical hero and villain contrast. It's a classic approach that's been time tested and approved.

Your hero is the small, insignificant, poor/uninspiring type, until his life is suddenly altered by radical events in his or her life. Example being personal tragedy.

Your villain can either be of two flavours: the good man who's lifetime obsession has cost him all he holds dear, but due to his own actions and the course of his choices he becomes ultimately evil. OR, the one person who has suffered what he/she percieves to be injustice all of their life and decides that megalomania is the only way to hurt and punish the world which scorned them.

It's not a difficult formula in all honesty, it's all down to how you present your creations and just exactly what setting, story and tone you can produce to make the setting all that more three-dimensional. Good luck.

Hero: Cupcake Man (CM)
Villain: Cookie Gremlin (CG)

CM was eating a cupcake when he got hit by a nuclear bomb it gave him cupcake powers.

CG was doing the same but with a cookie.

They were best freinds and were in the bomb together but now there love for different foods has drawn them apart.

I would give you my ideas but I turn most of them into battle arena characters. I can however suggest that you think what kind of world does your hero live in, how does the villian currently control and terrorize that world and then decide on a power level of your hero. 100% Being Superman level 50% maybe Thing and 10% being Batman, Captain American, the Phantom. (I.E. they are just human in peek physical condition). Then decide what resources does the hero emphasise. For example you could have a hero as strong as superman but he may choose to uses his brain and bring down crime in some way other than bashing it over the head. As for origin story interconnect them perhaps or have the villian established long before the hero is on the scene. Also in regards to powers look for inspiration from your everyday life, for example my BA character Shrapnel was inspired by kids exchange five cent coins at the arcade I was previoulsy employed at and an old freinds habit of throwing awy anything less then a fifty cent piece.

You want some ideas? Well here's something that may help jumpstart your brain. I remember using the Battle Arena Character Policies to help me on a simular project. Fill in all of those characterizations, and then I'm sure some ideas may pop in your head. Do not. I repeat. Do not steal someone else's Battle Arena Character. That would be plagerism.

Name: Alright, this one is easy. Or is it? The name of your character can be important. You want it to be unique, no Gandalf, Link or Frodo here, and it should be easy to remember. Be honest, how fun is it if no one ever can get the name right?

Age: Enter your character's current age here.

Race: Choose a race that you want your character to be. Always make sure you understand the basics behind the race. If you’re new to role-playing I recommend that you pick an easy race for your character, for example Human.

Sex: Select your character's gender. Male or Female. It's that easy.

Hair: Hair color/-style is to be entered here.

Eyes: Eye color here.

Weight: Write your character's weight. Be sure to include an indication of the unit of measurement used.

Height: Same for weight…just…height instead.

Weapon: What weapon does your character wield? Does it have any special attributes to it? If your character doesn’t use a weapon, leave this one blank.
Armor: Same as weapon.

Strengths: What’s your character good at? Where lays its strongest defenses? Your character is not to be invincible, but having a few strong traits is of course allowed. Just don’t make it too strong.

Weakness: All characters have a weakness, or they are not approved. Make it a reasonable one. “Scared to death by green mice with silly hats” is not a valid weakness. How big is the chance of such creatures visiting the battle field?

Skills/Magic: List your character's known spells or skills here, along with how strong it is in the various magics. If your character doesn’t know any spells leave this section blank

Appearance: Here you write the details and explanations of your characters looks. The one who reads the Appearance should be able to picture your character by reading what you write. Be sure to describe your character’s features, clothing and any other items they might be carrying.

Personality: Personality: Like you and me, characters have their own personality and every character is different from another. Personality description should describe how your character reacts in battle, what they like and dislike, their beliefs, how they react in everyday life and whatnot.

Biography: The background of your character, where he grew up and things like that. Even if your character doesn't know their own background (characters like that pop up from time to time), you should still know your character's past, and write it down. Also tell us why your character is oblivious to his/her history.

You can, however, feel free to add different areas to your character's profile. Be creative!

The Biography and Personality are some of the most important parts in creating your character. These guidelines are simply to give you ideas, not questions you have to answer.:
Where was he/she born?
Did he/she grow up with parents? If no, why not?
Did the character have any brothers or sisters? Any friends? Where are they now? Does he/she still talk to them?
How was his/her childhood? Abusive? Peaceful? Ordinary?
Does he have any pets? Familiars?
What are his/her beliefs? Does he/she worship a god? Is he/she willing to do anything to protect or guard their beliefs?
Why is your character traveling from home?
Does he/she have the ability to kill others?
Is your character easy going?
What are his/her dislikes?
Anything special he/she’s fond of?
How would he/she treat others? Rudely? Friendly?
Any goals? Dreams?
Has he/she considered the possibility of death?

Do this for both the hero and villain. I hope this technique will help you out.
