World's best riddle

In science my teacher offered the first class to get this right a pizza party!
The riddle goes like this:

A man is lying dead on the floor,
surrounded by sawdust and
wooden disks. Who was he,
and where did he come from?

What we have found out: 1. The man died of a heart attack
2. He was not famous or well known
3. He did not make the wooden disks
4. The heart attack was caused by fright of some kind.

Someone who is smarter than me please give me suggestions that I can try on my science teacher! Call us all ignorant noobs if you will, but thats how it stands.

If this goes in the Temple of Knowledge, would some mod please move it there? Ty

Let me tell you right now - this puzzle is totally lame.

If you're looking for a hint about it, look up "Coroner's Inquest" by Mark Connelly and read its plot summary.

...Having read the answer, that's just stupid.

I mean, some lateral thinking puzzles are OK, they give you a situation and you can actually figure it out with the facts you have. This, however, gives you essentially nothing, and then expects you to just draw the needed facts out of thin air.

For those of you that can't be bothered to spend less then a minute Googling, the answer is this: The dead man is a blind circus midget. Another midget, jealous of him, decides to kill him. So every night he (the second midget) saws a bit of wood off of the first midget's cane so that he'll think he's growing. Since he (the first midget) makes all of his money from being short he either commits suicide or dies of a heart attack when he realizes what this means.

Sort of like the book the...Twits?

That's ridiculous, I would have never gotten that. And I'm not bad at riddles.

Anyways, this puzzle gives you absolutely nothing to solve. A dead man, sawdust and wood disks.
