[Rhetoric] One piece or Zelda paper

Yes you read it right, for my rhetoric class I have to write a paper about the rhetorical analysis of a media text. He said it could be a tv show a movie or cd. We have to pitch paper ideas on friday. I have two, A one piece paper or if he ok's it a Zelda paper. These are the Ideas I had for each of them individually.

One piece, description, ill be as through as possible, and analyze it to say How one piece is an example of a popular anime, and an example of how anime has become increasingly popular within the last 10 years.

If he ok's the Zelda idea, which ill have to be really persuasive about. Ill speak on how The Legend of Zelda series has changed videogaming within the last 19 years, and how it is an example of a revoutionary franchise with a strong and loyal fanbase. Ill probably use the first game and OOT as examples of this. I might briefly speak on the windwaker and Twilight Princess but I doubt it.

This is the main problem though, And the one I need the most help on. How do I write either one of these papers without sounding like a fanboy, If you have any other suggestions thats fine too.
